Top class drivers/guides/ornithologists ensured an excellent birding trip to Coto Doñana catering for the unskilled (me) as well as the better informed.

My trip was organised for me so I had no direct dealings with Naturetrek, but the resulting tour was very good indeed and the information flow beforehand gave me all that I needed

It was an amazing holiday filled with superb sightings. Not a minute was wasted!

They were warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable and informed.

Time in the desert of Western Sahara to see rare mammals and a lot of birds as well. Brief time in the interesting city of Dahkla.

Everything ran smoothly, trip was as advertised, staff friendly and prompt.

My focus for the Penguins and Puma Chile Tour was to see and photograph pumas. Boy did our guide, Gonzalos, and tracker, Raphael, come through!!! I got amazing pictures of the puma hunting and the "catch"!! Also had great photo opportunities at both penguin locations. Four of the six of us in our group were avid birders and know they were very pleased.

Gonzalos(not sure about the spelling) was very knowledgeable on all the wildlife. If he didn't have an answer, he said so and found out quickly. Also had a great sense of humor.

Excellent. Saw lots of bird. Particularly enjoyed starling murmurations and also seeing badger in daylight.

Naturetrek gave us excellent information before our trip and changed one hotel at late notice as they felt it better for us. Always willing to help and answer questions

I learned so much and enjoyed the variety of wildlife we saw immensely (I’m certainly no birder and know little about reptiles or insects!). Highlights for me were the aye- ayes, huge variety of lemurs and walking the Avenue des Baobabs. It was also great to learn more about life in Madagascar - I hadn’t realised just how poor the country is, but this is more than made up by the friendliness of its people.

I’ve travelled with Naturetrek on previous occasions and their service is always excellent, from initial booking onwards. Information provided is timely and helpful. We had last-minute changes to our itinerary due to changes in internal flight schedules which made the holiday a bit more tiring, but didn’t detract from the overall experience. As I’ve come to expect with this company, our tour leaders and local guides were all brilliant.
