Naturetrek, Used twice and always go the extra mile
Very well thought out itinerary giving a wide variety of habitats. Accommodation was good as well. From meeting Tomas our guide and Henri our driver it was exceptionally good holiday and more than matched our expectations. The party size was just 10 of us plus those two.

This is the second time we’ve travelled with Naturetrek and they have always gone beyond themselves to give us our dream holiday experience. On Our first trip to Queensland we wanted to go to Singapore on the way out and extensions in Sydney and Melbourne after. They arranged everything for us including private transfers and extra trips to the Blue mountains and Philip Island. We even got a call from their Oz agent asking if everything was ok

Very enjoyable and informative day trip.
This was just a day trip where we were guided around Old Moor and the Dearne valley nature reserves by a very knowledgeable ex-RSPB guide. It made a lovely diversion from the normal routine and it was great to see some unusual birds in an interesting ex-mining setting and hear the guide’s obvious passion for connecting local people with wildlife.

KLM misplaced my Luggage for 48 hours but Naturetrek had advised us to bring essentials in hand luggage in case this happened so when i was told my bag was still in London, I did not worry a bit . i had my medication in my ruck sack and spare cloths the local guide arranged my bag to catch us up at our next hotel it was handled so well

Experiencing the best of Polands wildlife
A two centre holiday allowing us access to a large national park and to experience the wildlife and culture on the Eastern borders of Poland. Food and accommodation were very good and catered for vegetarians.

Naturetrek specialise in wildlife holidays and consequently have committed and expert guides who do their best to enable you to see as much as possible - given wildlife is unpredictable They gave good pre departure information and support and on the ground the guides looked after us brilliantly.

Amazing birding holiday in Guatemala with Naturetrek.
This was one of the best holidays I have ever been on. From enquiring about the holiday, to booking and participating we received first class care. Our guide, Roland Rumm was energetic, personable and knowledgeable. His keen sense of hearing enabled us to locate difficult-to-see birds. Our local guide, Freddie, also went above and beyond expectations to locate a Horned Guan in very difficult terrain.

In my experience, Naturetrek is a first class tour operator. The office staff are polite, patent and helpful. The pre-departure information was very informative and the holiday was well-organised.

Go slow in Andalucia
A small group holiday to watch the migration of birds across the Strats of Gibraltar. Well organised with excellent guides. The accommodation and food was first class and we had first rate picnics( with wine) provided every day. As well as seeing a huge variety of birds we also enjoyed a whale watching trip.

Naturek is a highly efficient tour operator who keep all customers well informed and provide excellent pre trip packs and tour reports. They are also available to answer any questions at any time and suggest alternative travel arrangements.

Another brilliant wildlife adventure
A unique trip to Baja California to see Grey Whales (and interact with them) Blue whales, Humpbacks, Dolphins both Common and Bottlenose, Finn Whales and a host of other wildlife. The trip was excellently led by the wildlife naturalists and the captain of The Searcher. A true trip of a lifetime!! The crew and support people were all excellent. We have been to places few people have been to, a truly remarkable adventure.

We have been with Naturetrek for the best part of 10yrs. All their work and focus goes on the 'wildlife experience'. Their guides have alway been excellent as have all the support staff, without which nothing would actually happen. An excellent organisation, where you can genuinely pick up the phone and speak to anyone. A rare event these days.

Wild Flower and general wildlife and cultural holiday
An 8 day stay in Andalucia at a lovely family run country hotel. Daily excursions to visit sites in the area mainly for plants but also some cultural and historical locations. Lovely lunches provided and evening meals at various restaurants. The tour leaders were both botanists but knowledgeable on a wide range of other subjects.

Naturetrek who we have used many times before although not recently due to the Covid problems. Everything was well organised and planned including our choice of a different airport from the main tour group.

Floral Adventure
This holiday in Western Andalucia, Spain, had it all - the main focus was botany and we saw some beautiful wild orchids, Narcissi and other flowers despite the warm, dry conditions. There was plenty of other wildlife to be enjoy too, from elegant Greater Flamingos to jewel-like Spanish Festoon butterflies. The holiday was an all-round feast of natural history and culture which will live long in the memory.
