This was a two week trip and three locations in North East region of Borneo. Only eight of us in the group plus UK guide. Focus was on Mammels in particular the Clouded Leopard. First week spent in boats - safaris both early morning and night. Here we saw Orang Utang, crocodile, probiscus monkeys, langurs, otters and many birds. The second week we moved onto the Deramakot Forest Reserve. We stayed in basic but comfortable accommodation. Each night we would leave around 5.30pm and stay out until 3am in an effort to see Clouded Leopard. Other animals were Owls, Thomases flying squirrels, a variety of civets and leopard cats. On our 4th night we struck gold and had an exceptional view of the clouded leopard walking towards us and reached the front bumper of our truck. She walked round the truck and continued along the road. She was no more that 2 metres away from us.

I have been on several trips with Naturetrek. They go to great lengths to achieve objective of animal sightings. They always supply first glass both UK and local guides. When transport problems ie delayed flights due to bad weather occur they are quick to act. Pre departure information is informative and accurate.

This was principally a bird watching trip in Estonia but we saw other wildlife. It was not a 'leisure' holiday but a wonderful holiday for anybody interested in birding. It was very well organised and we had complete confidence in the local guide and Naturetrek leader. We travelled in two comfortable and well maintained minibuses. The accommodation was excellent, not luxury, but very suitable for the trip. We enjoyed staying in some chalets that had been used by the Russian Cosmonnaughts in the 1960 on the edge of the Baltic Sea. The food was good and we could buy our own drinks at each location. We enjoyed the company of the rest of the group as we shared a common interest.

Naturetrek are a well established and very professional trou operator for those interested in wildlife around the world.

Very enjoyable photography holiday. Small group with individual tuition from tour leader who was very patient and gave each of us plenty of time.This is the first photography holiday I have been on with Naturetrek - I am planning to go on another next year.

I have been on four holidays with Naturetrek -they have always been well organised, have very good tour leaders who cater for everyones needs and can adapt when things don't quite go according to plan. Whenever I have contacted the office, communication has always been good and the staff have always answered any queries promptly.

Travelled to Tadiba Pench and Kanha with super tiger sightings and excellent knowledgable guides. A well put together tour with a small group of equal enthusiasts. Naturetrek give good information and deliver what is advertised. We have travelled with them on numerous occasions and will definitely travel with them again.

Approachable prior to booking and provide excellent guides who are not only knowledgable but are personable and have lovely senses of humour. We raised a few niggles after the holiday which they replied to and addressed what they could or could not do about any small comments which addressed the concerns.

We were told that whale sighting was 100% guaranteed on this trip down the Pacific coast of Mexico and on into the Sea of Cortez .we lived on a wonderful boat ,stopping most days to walk on deserted desert islands and all the time observing the whales ,,,when we arrived in Laguna San Ignacio it was there that we had our most memorable experience of making contact with the grey whales ,,,,otherwise called Friendly Whales .They desire contact with us humans . A really stunning holiday ,,,I could write on for ever !!!

Naturetrek was brilliant ,,specialist of wild life and nature holidays with wonderful specialists .very friendly and very professional.

Stunning comfortable accommodationin all 3 reserves with tasty locally sourced meals. Well organised and excellent tour leaders Durgesh Singh and Anand Sinha who were calm,efficient and very fair with well planned rotas giving opportunities for everyone.to see the animals and birds they wanted to. There was a wide range of wildlife with Tigers being the main focus initially but the variety of animals led us to see leopards,Sloth bears and many more with colourful birds ,flowers, insects and trees providing a wider knowledge of the 3 varied reserves. Stories and intimate knowledge and memories from our guides created a real feeling of involvement in the spotting and trackiing process. My husband and I and our friends had excellent photo opportunities better than ever expected with Tigers sighted within the first hour of our first day and then walking so close by. Breathtaking. We have so many amazing photos and memories .Thank you very much Nature trek😊👩‍🌾.

We have travelled widely around the world but Naturetrek are new to us , They did not disappoint and we would be keen to explore further tours with them in the future. Communication was efficient resulting in detailed accurate information being sent to us in advance of our trip which allowed us to plan well before leaving. We appreciated the brochure with lots of information about daily plans and transfers and the pre information regarding accommodation,group members and tour leaders. Our travel from Manchester via London and Mumbai to Nagpur and onwards was well co-ordinated and efficient. The tour was well run with eager anticipation daily as we all set out to follow the carefully organised planning of Durgesh Singh and supported byAnand Sinha. They were amazing. A well thought out and excellent tour from start to finish. Thank you.

Well planned with good itinerary, including interest visits to Minoan sites and pretty towns, and good hotels. Good food, but having to eat out every evening meant late nights. Beautiful plants and a good range of nice birds.

Naturetrek somehow manage to successfully arrange a multitude of holidays worldwide, with very few cancellations owing to lack of numbers.

The Naturetrek holiday was perfectly organised, used a well run and staffed boat and employed 2 exceptional naturalists. The Searcher, the boat, was comfortable, safe and staffed by an engaging staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The chef managed to produce a wide variety of tasty food for every meal. Maintaining safety was an obvious concern for the staff and never once did we feel unsafe or uncared for. The naturalists were a source of endless information about everything that we encountered and made our holiday interesting from start to finish. The skill of the skipper meant that we saw all our hoped for animals many times and at close quarters. All in all an excellent holiday

Naturetrek are consistently excellent, we've travelled with them many times, professional, considerate, obliging - everything a wildlife lover wants from a wildlife watching holiday. Naturetrek are so good that we always say we can relax the moment our luggage is checked in at the airport....after that all the organisation has been done and every eventuality prepared for.

Naturetrek provided an excellent holiday for a small group of like minded birdwatchers. The guide was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also clearly loved his job and got as excited as we did when we saw some of the rarer sightings of birds. The accommodation in eco friendly lodges was excellent and the holiday relaxed and not too intense despite 6am starts. We saw over 360 different birds as well as sloths, peccaries and others. I will certainly consider going again to cover the south of the country.

Naturetrek met all my expectations. They communicated well before the holiday and all the arrangements worked well. The accomodation was very suitable for the holiday and the tour guide excellent. you could tell Naturetrek took care over its choices.
