Excellently led and organised tour to get to discover the birds of the Coto Donana, Andalucia, Spain.

Excellent service and contact with the company both on the telephone and online. Good description of the holiday in the brochure. website and documentation provided. Second time that I have travelled with them and I hope to complete more trips in the future.

Gentle walking to discover wonderful wild flowers on the Gargano Peninsular; an abundance of wild orchids in particular; introduced to this unspoilt area by a terrific leader who was both extremely knowledgeable and very good company.

Naturetrek was highly efficient and the organisation of our holiday could not be faulted.

Short birdwatching trip to Poland organised by Naturetrek. Great organisation, and the enthusiasm of the guides was infectious so getting up at 4.30 a.m. for an excursion was a pleasure.

Our first trip with Naturetrek. Very impressed with all aspects of the tour from the initial booking, joining instructions, itinerary and accommodation. Hope to go on another tour with them in the future.

A group of 9 of us plus marvellous Naturetrek leader stayed in the sumptuous and relaxing Mandina Lodges in the mangrove-lined tributaries of the River Gambia. During a mixture of canoe expeditions and walking excursions, with the occasional minibus trip to the coast, we saw an incredible, colourful array of nearly 200 magical Gambian bird species. The weather, local guides, quality of lodge and overwhelming wildlife made it an extraordinary and wonderful week.

This is the fifth Naturetrek trip we have been on (and our sixth to Brazil is this summer!) and their range of possible wildlife trip is, I believe, unrivalled. The quality of pre-tour information and service, combined with the guiding when in the field and calibre of accommodation, makes them a really appealing, reliable and high-quality operation in our opinion.

Our NatureTrek birding holiday to Costa Rica gave us everything we could have wished for in a holiday- not only over 400 species of the most stunning birds, but other amazing wildlife including mammals, insects, reptiles and plant life. Travelling to the different parts of Costa Rica was like visiting a mini country each time, the habitats were so varied - jungle paths in a rain forest, boat trips through mangrove waterways, trails round a vast wetland area teeming with birdlife, the cool lands of the Arenal volcano, Paramo highlands and towering cloud forest, and the sunny Caribbean forests. Truly unforgettable.

NatureTrek's organisation was excellent. Comprehensive pre-travel info. No hitches or problems with the flights or transfers from and to the airport. I don't think we could have had a better tour guide - incredible bird spotting and ID skills, always tried to get everyone in the group on each creature seen, professional at all times, daily organisation was spot on. Bus driver was very good too. Accommodation ranged from luxury hotels to forest lodges. Meals were a mixture of local cuisine and fine dining. Our first trip with NatureTrek, but definitely not our last.

The accommodation in both places was unique in their different ways and could not be faulted and in fact their enchantment added to the experience. The itinerary was excellent and surpassed my expectations. They were 2 superb areas offering a great contrast and diversity. Our 2 leaders New the area so well that we saw everything that it was possible to see and their knowledge of the wetlands in the south and of Extremadura enhanced the whole experience. They were such fantastic and enthusiastic leaders and showed that they love what they do. They could not have done more for us. They gave us the most amazing experience and their knowledge of both areas surpassed all expectations.

Naturetrek dealt with me efficiently and they provide good guidelines and documentation. They also provided all the information requested. I have never had anything to complain about them on any of the occasions that I have used them. I particularly like the fact that we receive a report of the holiday and what we has ever seen.

8 wonderful days seeing orchids and all the Mediterranium flora and fauna of the Gargano Peninsular. We had two hotels, both interesting, one high up in the hills and the other on the coast where I had a paddle as I walked along the beach,and interesting fish dishes served each evening. Excellent leader showing us endemic plants and a wealth of Orchids each day. We also saw butterflies,birds ,lizards,beetles, and turtles, walking all day with splendid picnic lunches at suitable times..

I thought the preparation for the trip was excellent,with information of where we were going,what to take and the weather to expect. Our Leader gave us clear instructions every night for the following day and made sure we saw everything with enough time to take photos. We were also given time to explore the historical and religious buildings . Very pleasant and helpful on the phone.

This was primarily a birding trip with the rare possibility of seeing Iberian Lynx of which I am thrilled to say we had wonderful sightings on the only day possible thanks to brilliant guiding. We saw an abundance of very many species of rare and more common birds at close range which,once again, was due to the knowledge and field skills of our excellent guide(s).

Naturetrek have always undertaken thorough resaearch on wildlife destinations before running their trips and I have been very fortunate in having outstanding guides with excellent knowledge and field skills thus resulting in very rich wildlife experiences. This is the main reason why I am a loyal client of many years. Their office team have always been friendly, efficient, helpful and responsive.

This was a small group holiday looking at the flowers in Puglia , Italy. What made this particular holiday so excellent was that the two guides were well informed and interested in everything - birds, plants, insects, butterflies. This made the holiday really fascinating and we all came away with increased knowledge of the natural world - and a greater awareness of the ecological need to see the whole rather than just the parts of the experience.

Naturetrek has always been very helpful - they always respond to feedback. The pre-departure information is accurate and helpful and the trip reports are accurate.

An easy paced holiday focusing on the natural history of parts of Puglia.Guided by our excellent leaders the group also shared their special interests in identifying species found. Comfortable transport gave the leaders flexibility when planning the days itinerary. Picnics were purchased locally and enjoyed in the sunshine

Excellent ,friendly leaders who worked hard to give the guests the benefit of their expertise.They were considerate of the older and less mobile members so that everyone could enjoy the trip .
