A week’s guided birdwatching in the North East of Mallorca

Naturetrek, have a superb range of trips, well organised and excellent administration

The day was brilliant and early start but within 15 mins we heard the deer and started to get wonderful behavior that was explained with energy enthusiasm and clarity by Ben. The day progressed with more examples of the effort needed by the stags to maintain their fortunes. we saw several groups with a number of stags and learnt a great deal. The group size was good as we could all hear and see. We also took in a range of bird life and saw green woodpeckers, sparrow hawk kestrel, tree creeper and buzzard too Ben even found a lovely place for lunch with a stunning view and arranged for the sun to come out!! magic

The booking was straightaway, the cost reasonable, the advanced paper work good, the guide first class and the follow up excellent

Excellent break to a part of Scotland not visited before. Good company, excellent food, comfortable accommodation and very knowledgeable tour leaders. Lots of wildlife sightings with leaders determined to find the best for us. The weather stayed kind and I would highly recommend this trip.

As ever Naturetrek provides detailed information beforehand and is always open to feedback. I regularly travel with Naturetrek on my own as I know that they will be concerned for my safety and well being.

We had great views of a fishing dog Otter and lots of spectacular sightings of Golden and White-tailed Eagles as well as lots of other mammals and birds: we got visited every night at our accommodation by Pine Martens and I finally got a good view of a Dipper. The tour leaders were very knowledgeable, the food was amazing and the group of people I was with were great..

They provide a wide range of wonderful holidays, which are good value for many. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.

After - nay, during Covid - this holiday was just perfect in reminding of all that is in front of us everyday (Robins, Blackbirds, Magpies, Goldfinch) and what lies beyond - Bluethroats, Goshawks, Golden Eagles, Wolves and even a Bear. Amazing trip with great variety, excellent accommodation and two of the best guides/guys in the world - Byron and Tino!
