Naturetrek provided excellent service from pre-booking and booking, pre-departure and throughout the trip. Their office staff and trip leaders are excellent, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly.

It was a bird-watching trip to Costa Rica, it had a good itinerary and worked very well. Good accommodation, good guides, good birds - no real problems at all.

We have been on many Naturetrek tours and they have never let us down. They also looked after us very well during Covid where a number of trips had to be cancelled or moved forwards.

This was a day trip to Franchises Lodge where we saw a range of birds and benefited from the fact that our leader (Sam Levy) knew the site so well and was so enthusiastic about bird watching.

Quick and efficient, and they answer the phone in a reasonable time! Good range of holidays - we have been on several day trips now and enjoyed them all. Information before and after booking is comprehensive.

An amazing holiday in Gambia, with an excellent Naturetrek guide, Oliver Smart. Lovely accommodation at the Mandina River Lodges, and excellent local bird guides.

Naturetrek have been in operation for 30 years. their emphasise is on wildlife of all kinds with conservation always to the forefront. Groups are small of like minded people

Brian Small, our guide, was superb: knowledgeable, articulate, affable, patient and, most importantly, brilliant at spotting invisible birds for us all then to see.

Efficiently organised by Naturetrek, ably assisted by the guide, Brian Small, who swiftly produced a bird list afterwards.

Go slow holidays are very well tailored to the mature fit person. The leaders were adaptive, knowledgeable and fun . The accommodation was amazing well thought out to meet everyone's needs . The variety of habitats and opportunities to see the birds we went to see was super ⭐️

Always there to respond to our questions , no matter how trivial. They kept us updated re all the COVID issues and changes related to our holiday and safety needs. They were flexible and consistent.

Fabulous! We were really impressed with the exceptional variety of birds and other wildlife Matthew always managed to find for us everyday. The itinerary was very comprehensive enabling us to get the most out of this trip and we enjoyed every bit of the tour from bird watching in the rain at dawn (our only rain!) to the daily trips to a range of different bird sites. The opportunities for bird spotting and photography were second to none at all locations and we couldn't believe the vast number of different species of birds and other wildlife Matthew had found for us by the end of the trip.

This was our first experience of a Naturetrek holiday so unlike the other participants we had nothing to base our experience on. With this in mind we were extremely impressed with the organisation of the tour and can honestly say it gave us an experience that exceeded all expectations. Matthew was brilliant, very knowledgeable and informative as our trip leader. He also arranged a good variety of restaurants for our evening meal venues. We also liked the fact we were able to add extensions to the dates enabling us to spend extra days before and after the scheduled tour in Florida with Naturetrek taking care of the flight arrangements and joining instructions to meet the tour leader at Orlando Airport. The holiday was definitely good value for money. Due to Covid this was our first holiday in two years which made it even more enjoyable. Thank you all at Naturetrek!

We had a superb guide, Brian Small, who was extremely knowledgable and able to share this with us in a most interesting way. He helped us see a great many species, some of which we had never seen before. He helped teach us how to recognise some of their calls and characteristics, which will be very useful. He was very engaging with a lovely sense of humour and I would very highly recommend him.

It was easy to book, information was accurate and timely and very good value.
