Naturetrek are a delightful company to deal with. Great service, respectful caring and knowledgable staff. Above all I feel I can trust them . Great to be able to ring up and discuss anything on the phone. Prompt service. Very clear information given. Excellent pack with all the information required. Tour leader Tony on the France Carcassone and Cathers trip was fantastic. He was know,edabke, caring, respectful kind and gave 100% . Thank you Tony. Relaxing holiday. I have never seen such a variety of birds, butterflies, orchids and wildflowers. The countryside was beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to them too.

Good value. Clear brochures. Gives an honest description of what to expect on the tour. Great company to deal with and I feel I can trust them.

A week looking at birds, butterflies and plants centred on the Maremma Park. Excellent guides and good itinerary. In some ways the accommodation fell short of expectation though the hosts were very good. The room lacked comfortable seating, a safe, a stocked minibar, tea making facilities. For our evening group meetings there was no lounge area and no bar, so we met in the dining room. The food was advertised as ‘fantastic’ but was variable and good at best.

Booking was relatively easy and staff were helpful. The guides on location were excellent. Unfortunately the Head Office changed our itinerary on the first day: we were due to make an important town visit but this did not happen as the guides were told to wait for members of the group arriving later on a different flight to the one booked by Naturetrek. Very disappointing.

Good variety of birding with good accommodation, food and wine

First visit to Sardinia and it didn’t disappoint. Mountains, forests and lovely beaches as well as Italian cuisine. What’s not to like! April visit and the island’s wild flowers including hundreds of orchids (28 different species) were such a delight. I’d recommend it

Travelled to Albania with Naturetrek on a group tour looking at birds and other wildlife in two very different areas of Albania. Visited the coastal marshes in the south west and the mountains in the north. Nice accommodation and excellent guides. Saw lots of birds and other interesting wildlife.

Very well organised trip. Useful pre-trip information provided. Flights, transfers and travel around the country all ran smoothly.

"Go Slow in Tuscany" - provided expert leadership in a perfect setting with great ease of access to a variety of prime locations. The local food and hospitality of Fattoria Il Duchesco was an essential ingredient to our the enjoyment of the whole experience. Both leaders provided unfailing expertise and went "over and above" our expectations to make our trip a success.

Very easy to access information from website and from the company direct. Courteous and very helpful with useful hints at getting the best from our experience.

As it was a wildlife holiday nothing could be guarenteed but this holiday not only met expectations but exceeded them. Our guide, Luca, must have had bionic eyes (as well as having them seemingly in the back of his heaad also). His encyclopedic knowledge, relaxed attitude and brilliant communicating skills show cased what Sicily was all about. The accomodation was up to Naturetrek's usual standards - the food was outstanding - it has spoiled me for life!

Efficient, helpful, friendly. This was the first time that I had travelled abroad by myself and it was seamless. Really can't say anymore - brilliant, thnk you.
