Thanks to Mickledore we had a gorgeous holiday. My husband and I have walked a part of the South West Coast Path last May from St Ives to Plymouth. It wasn’t our first trip organized by Mickledore, we did C2C, Speyside, Great Glenn Way and Hadrian's Wall. And all were perfectly organized holidays! From holiday pack, maps & guidebooks,well chosen B&B, everything arranged into detail. We can and will highly recommend Mickledore. Martijn and Cindy Duffels

Mickledore arranged all our accommodation perfectly, packed lunches on the walking days, we got our maps & guidebooks well in advance.They also arranged for our luggage to be transferred each day.

My wife, daughter and myself booked with Mickledore to walk the Dales Way. The whole experience was excellent. Mickledore provided everything we could have possibly needed, e.g. maps, overnight accomodation, places of interest on route, places to eat, luggage awaited us on arrival every day. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

This was the 4th holiday we have booked with Mickledore and we have been happy each time with their organisational skills. we wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

We are 4 adults walking up to 15 miles a day along an unspoilt piece of England's coastline. Apart from the last day, when there was a 'severe weather warning', the weather was quite kind to us.

Mickledore arranged all our accommodation for each of the 6 nights walking, plus an extra night when travelling to the start of the walk. They also organised the moving of our luggage on to the next accommodation and to our delight, the luggage always turned up. We also opted for packed lunches, where available, which again worked out very well.

We walked part of the coastal section of the Cleveland Way in NE Yorkshire. The arrangements provided by Mickeldore were faultless: the b&bs, luggage transfers and maps and information provided were all excellent. Everything went without a hitch. This coastal route of the Cleveland Way is just right for those of us who do not wish to walk the whole of each day's section as it was easy to pick up a bus along the way. We might have cheated a bit on the walking now and then, but it meant we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, notwithstanding the rather wet weather!

Mickledore take over all the arrangements of a walking holiday in Britain, leaving you to simply enjoy the holiday.

Mickledore had made all the arrangements. They managed to book great b&bs even when I was late contacting them about a walk in the high season. Very impressive.

The information pack was especially good. I enjoyed reading in the book about the walk before going.

Excellent holiday organised by Mickledore with great accommodation and efficient baggage transfers. Beautiful coastal scenery, pretty villages and interesting history.

Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and sort out any issues before, during and after our holiday. Wonderful!

I walked the Dales Way solo in late May 2019. The weather was far from perfect which just made the experience more exciting in that I had to work with the rain and cold at times and felt all the more justified in enjoying cream tea, heroic for making my goal each day, and superbly rewarded by a hot bath at the end of the days where such a thing was available. It was a top journey that I won't forget. More remote and exciting than I had imagined. Highly recommend the route and Mickledore.

Mickledore was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Website is well organized and easy to navigate and understand. They were flexible and helped with questions I know were out of the ordinary. I would highly recommend them.

A group of six completed the West Highland Way Walk over eight days, Mickledore arranged all our accommodation and luggage transport throughout the journey.

Mickledore were totally faultless. No complications with anything. Excellent communication throughout from initial enquiry to the end of the trip.

We walked on the South West Coast path from St Ives to Falmouth, staying in Bed & Breakfast and having our luggage taken every day so we just had a small day rucksack to carry. The scenery was stunning, so were the flora and wildlife we managed to see when the weather wasn't too misty!

They organised the holiday very well, booking all the accommodation, luggage transfers and supplied detailed information of places to eat in the evenings as well as facilities available along the path should we need them. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They are always there on the phone or on email if you have any queries and they are always happy to help.

Everyday was different on the Coast to Coast walking holiday. The trails were fantastic and the views were breathtaking. From the high level walks and tremendous views where we could see for miles, to the lake and riverside strolls and beautiful dales pastures and moorland walks, everything was perfect, including the weather! Each night we had comfortable and homely stays and the hosts at each place we stayed were wonderful. I would recommend this trip, unreservedly.
