We are 2 pensioners doing this walk of 70 miles over 5 days. Started at St Davids finishing at St Dogmaels. Weather was half rain and half sun, but as we had waterproof clothing that wasn't a problem. Spotted dolphin by day 2 and there were numerous seal pups spotted on beaches. We have heard this part of the coastline is a Geologists heaven as the strata is so very contorted. To lay people like us, it was just spectacular. This part of the coastline is totally unspoilt by commercialism.

Mickledore has always given us excellent service. Our accommodations were generally the best that were available. Our cases always turned up at the next accommodation, and our packed lunches were all ok where provided. We had no problems on this trip, but we did have an issue during a previous trip and Mickledore resolved it speedily.

We had a fabulous few days' walking along the middle section of Hadrian's Wall.

Mickledore were prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful. The accommodation they booked for us was of a high standard and all guidance notes were accurate and well-planned.

We walked the West Highland Way supported by Mickledore Travel. Every interaction with the Mickledore team was positive and helpful. Every detail of the trip was planned with care and thought - even as we had to adjust due to some medical issues that caused a rescheduling. The Mickledore team was responsive and help make the adjustments seemlessly. One on the walk, the materials they gave us enabled us to have a fun, informed, and delightful time.

See above - we found Mickledore to have exceptional staff, good relations with inn keepers (they all loved Mickledore), and provided excellent support for us on our self guided walk.

Mibkledore arranged a series of very good bed and breakfast accommodations for each night of the walk, and also arranged for our baggage to be forwarded, which took the weight off our backs both literally and metaphorically.

Mickledore's staff are extremely helpful and give a genuinely personal service, tailored to your individual preferences and dates. They are a pleasure to deal with, and are most efficient. This was our second time of using them for a walking trip, and we will continue to do so.

Walked the first half of the Westhighland Way with my son. It was great to have all details if the trip sorted so I could focus on our vacation. Information provided was clear and of quality. My son wants to do the whole trail now!

Once again, Mickledore Walking Holidays made this a memorable holiday. I walked the Speyside Way, including the Dufftown and Tomintoul Spurs, during the early part of September 2019. Mickledore provided me with all the information to get to my starting point which was Buckie. The B&Bs and eating establishments along the way were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this walk for those interested in visiting numerous whiskey distillers as well as sampling some of their products.

Mickledore does not disappoint in providing you with all the tools you need to get to your daily destinations. As well, they are available to support you along your walk. I really liked their online app which allowed me to know where I was going without having to carry paper with me. I have used Mickledore three times and would highly recommend them for organizing your holiday.

Having to cancel a holiday abroad at the last minute due to personal reasons, we opted to attempt the West Highland Way, albeit somewhat late in the year. Overall the experience was superb, despite the weathers best attempts to subdue our enjoyment. There was nothing that could have been organised better or in a more suitable way. We would not hesitate to complete similar types of adventure.

From the outset, the "Mickledore" team did everything to accommodate our requirements and preferences, nothing was too much trouble and every question was dealt with in a professional and timely manner. We will most definitely recommend and use in the future.

Last summer we spent 14 days on the South West Coast Path. Mickledore was our travelorganisation and they did a wonderful job (again!). Great B&B's and pubs/hotels where we received a very welcoming reception. The luggage transfer was outstanding. Always on the right spot on the right time. So all we had to do was walk.......It was fantastic and Cornwall is lovely!

Mickledore organized the holiday we wished for. Distances were good, locations to stay were excellent and luggage transfer was great. So satisfaction guaranteed.
