A 100 mile holiday walking the 'Lady Anne Way' in northern England

Excellent communications from start to finish. Including pre-holiday information, maps, accommodation etc. Everything was as described in their literature. Very good response to a minor refund by one of the accommodations.

One of most enjoyable walking holidays, ad we have done a lot of them. Very good choice of accommodations booked for us and very helpful list of places to each at every location. Good information and service overall.

We wanted to walk tge Great Glen Way in a relaxed way and Mickledore allowed us to do this by arranging all accommodation, bag transfers and providing good information about the walk and local services.

We walked the Coast to Coast route with Mickledore in September/October 2021. The logistics, accommodation & service provided by Mickledore were brilliant, leaving us with "just" the task of walking the 190 miles. We would highly recommend Mickledore for UK walking holidays having also previously used them for Hadrian's Wall.

There were 4 of us (women in our 60's). We started at St Davids and finished in St Dogmaels near Cardigan, walking an average of about 12 miles per day. All the accommodation and luggage transfers were handled by Mickledore. The holiday was 6 nights and 5 days of walking.

Mickledore had a good selection of the sort of holiday we were looking for. Their website is clear and easy to navigate. They kept me well informed throughout the booking process without over-communicating. Any queries before and during the trip were dealt with quickly and efficiently. They were always courteous and friendly. They chose really good accommodation for us, and arranged taxi transfers where necessary. There were a few minor glitches which are bound to happen, and weren't Mickledore's fault, just adds to the holiday!
