A demanding cultural experiance holiday which needs to be refined.
This holiday had a good and sympathetic tour guide but was spoilt by trying to cram in too many visits to examples of medieval and renascence art which required considerable walking with a party with many over the age of 70. Hotel standards were mixed and the hotel in Venice was sub standard. The specialist guides tried to cram in far too much detail resulting in intellectual overload. This tour needs revision as to content and physical demands ...

I have travelled with McCabe on one other occasion when the organisation was better. Booking and communication was good.

Interesting but exhausting!
The tour covered an enormous amount of interesting sites but unfortunately many of them were very busy due to the large amount of people on pilgrimage.

McCabe Pilgrimages organised everything well and we were met at Heathrow and guided through the check in process and then well looked after at Tel Aviv.

Pilgrimage to the holy land
Fantastic holiday with very hot weather. The hotels used (golden walls in Jerusalem and Ron beach hotel in Tiberius) were excellent. The tour guide was exceptional with his knowledge of all sites and history. Also our coach driver was very very good. The whole pilgrimage went very smoothly.

McCabe travel were excellent in all aspects of the pilgrimage. We could not fault the organisation of any part of the pilgrimage.
