This was a 9 day pilgrimage which organised in conjunction with our Diocese. The experience was profound, inspiring and nurturing. McCabe's management was first class and our local guide was outstanding. We were provided with countless rich insights into Jesus life and ministry both in Jerusalam and also in Galilee. I left the Holy Land as someone whose discipleship had been immeasurably changed as a result of this priviledged and wonderful opportunity.

I travelled with 40 colleagues to the Holy Land with McCabe, in January of 2023. We began our trip with several days in Jerusalem, before travelling across the country for several more days in Tiberias, taking in al manner of biblical sights as we did do.

McCabe were exceptional from start to finish, striking exactly the right balance between being present and accessible if needed, but not at all imposing. This level of care lasted from initial booking, through to airport departure and reception, right through to our local guide seeing us off at the airport at the end of our trip. They truly were fantastic.

A lucky band of 26 left Heathrow for Pisa and had a very fine experience on an interesting tour , well paced well led , well fed and well wined it felt worth the money to see the awesome Viareggio Carnavale and tick off a good few of the bucket list sites in Tuscany . Based in Montecatini Therme .going out on day trips was had great fun. We had a fine leader, good guides ,safe drivers local food and wine with just enough religion to satisfy a McCabe Pilgrimage ethos..

McCabe Pilgrimages was originally a specialist operator for Christians travelling to the Holy Land . Under new management it has started to branch out into other areas. giving well led smallish groups comfortable interesting tours with knowledgable guides. Through McCabe a delightful taste of Tuscany was combined with the impressive Viareggio Carnival. A gentle introduction to new places and experiences in this delightful land. All was wrapped in the grace of pleasant companions as one meandered the new and the timeless.

With only a week to spend in the Holy Land, this wonderful pilgrimage delivered more than we could ever have hoped. Every day was action packed with new sites and moments. The tour was led with sensitivity that allowed us to enjoy the spiritual experience as well as the historical perspective and the local guide was wonderful, giving us an amazing perspective into this complex melting pot of politics and history,

Most of the time the tour operator was invisible to us as everything went smoothly. Schedules worked, the bus was always there. The hotels were ready for us and managed arrivals and departures seamlessly. Everything went like clockwork except one meal where there was a problem with a booking and we were not expected. Within about ten minutes we were happily seated in an alternative restaurant and swiftly fed with wonderful local fare. Perfect!
