This trip with McCabe Pilgrimages would take too long to put it all down. Excellently and sympathetically organised. I would definitely recommend McCabe Pilgrimages, first rate driver, Nawad, and excellent guide, Bassan. It helped very much that he is such a sincere and committed Christian. Our group comprised a number of highly individualistic and independent-minded people, many of whom (myself included) had never been on coach tour. Our guide managed to keep us all on track and on time in a very skillful way, which ensured that we missed nothing and had no problems anywhere. The hotels were delightful and well sited. The Golden walls by the Damascus Gate could not have been more convenient. The Ron Beach on the Sea of Galilee was idyllic.

McCabe Pilgrimages run a very good operation. Everything was well-thought-out and excellently executed.

Just back from Pilgrimage led by very Rev Dean John Mann and Rev Colin McClure. Wonderful guide and sights from the hustle and bustle of the tourist sites especially in Jerusalem yet we still found oasis of peace in Garden Tomb and Shrpherds fields in Bethlehem. Masada worth a second visit. Very humbling to follow in the Lords footsteps on the Via Dolorosa. Very emotional. And humbling. Would definitely go again ESP if Dean Mann leads it. Visiting the mount of Beatitudes is a must. Wonderful food.great hotels.

McCabes organised everything. Nothing was left to chance. Guide and driver excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and loved the Hymnbook.

This was a fantastic holiday. Very informative and memorable. Guides and coach driver were excellent. An experience of a lifetime. Would thoroughly recommend this holiday to everyone.

10 day pilgrimage to The Holy Land staying in 2 locations - Jerusalem and Tiberias. Group consisted of 49 people.

Excellent organisation. Bookings made very simple, instructions clear and easy to follow. Programme for 10 days clear. Guide for the pilgrimage excellent. Everything in the Holy Land very well organised. Though a large group everything worked extremely well - no hassle. McCabe provided earpieces for all to hear the guide and group leader - excellent. Cannot fault the tour operator. Would highly recommend.

We had a number of interesting experiences facilitated by a great tour leaderand his wife and an excelent local guide and driver.

Didn't really deal direct with them as the tour leader did it all, but it all seemed to go well with no problems

I travelled with McCabe Pilgrimages, their Information packs sent out to us were very informative and helpful. Their representatives at Heathrow airport helped us with travel arrangements on the day with El Al security etc. Their Guide for our pilgrimage was extremely informative and made our pilgrimage an unforgettable experience. Everything run smoothly with hotels, restaurants visited, sites visited, timings etc - could not fault this holiday at all.

I have travelled to Israel with McCabe Pilgrimages twice now. Both times, I could not believe how well organised it all is both on the day of travel through 2 airports and also for our stay in Israel. Everything is thought of to make your pilgrimage to the Holy Land as stress free and hassle free as possible - you do not need to do anything but relax and enjoy the holiday! I could not fault McCabe Pilgrimages in any way - they thought of everything and are obviously experts in Israeli pilgrimages and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of travelling on a pilgrimage in the future.

I had waited a long time to travel to Jerusalem and was not disappointed with the experience. Israel is a fascinating country with a wealth of historical sites and customs. A great deal of sightseeing is crammed into a short time but it certainly wets the appetite to return and revisit those sites liked the most.

McCabe certainly organised the holiday really well. Everything was dealt with efficiently from start to finish and nothing was left to chance. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and his delivery suited the different academic levels and interests of the group.

My wife and I were on an 11 day pilgrimage to the Holy Land with 28 others, not known to us beforehand. The Pilgrimage Leaders were very experienced and our guide was brilliant. We quickly got to know the other members of the group and we all got on well together. Our first base was the Golden Walls Hotel in Jerusalem, just yards from the Damascus Gate in the Old City walls which was very close to many of the sites of interest there before moving to the Ron Beach Hotel in Tiberias on the edge of the Sea of Galilee where we explored many of the sites of interest in that area. Virtually all trips were in a clean, comfortable air-conditioned coach with a careful driver. Some queuing was inevitable at the most popular destinations but our Guide tried hard to keep this to a minimum. I would be very happy to recommend this operator to anyone seeking to make such a pilgrimage.

McCabes are obviously very experienced in running these pilgrimages with great attention to detail. Coaches always arrived on time and lunch were laid on at some convenient dining room wherever our daily tour took us. Standard of meals and choice of food was excellent. We were well looked after throughout.

In Jerusalem one had to suspend disbelief for a few days - it was hard to believe we were in the Holy Land. Fascinating city - painful histories on all sides , loved the market and by contrast the quiet Gardens of Gethsemane and the Garden Tomb. Lovely fresh fruit and juices as you walked along. Like everywhere in the world persistent market sellers. Just keep walking and wear your rucksack on your front, wonderful smells etc. Dead Sea worth a visit but ESP take a trip to Masada - clever clever people.. Sail on the Sea of Galilee, take in the beauty and the majesty of surroundings. Loved seeing the bananas grown with their blue pyjamas.

McCabes ran everything with efficiency and were extremely helpful when called ith queries.

I went on a 10 day pilgrimage to the Holy Land. There was a coach and very knowledgeable guide with us at all times to ensure that we had a wonderful time. Food was all inclusive so, we only needed money for drinks. The Hotels and staff where we stayed were excellent. Food was good and plentiful at all times.

McCabe's were excellent and we did not have to worry about anything!
