Made everything so easy in a sometimes difficult area of the world

A pilgrimage in Israel for 10 days was far better than I imagined. We were with a large group of friends who were joined by a smaller group. We all stayed friends on our return & hope to meet up when we have settled down, to chat about our time together. Expensive up front until you realise that the only thing we paid for was our alcoholic drinks in the hotels, and for the 2 bedroom maids we left a tip. Everything else was paid for. Very emotional journey when we were looked after emotionally, spiritually & socially. Thank you one & all.

Never traveled with McCabe before but would again. When asked a member of their team came to meet & chat with us before we traveled together with a much smaller group.

It was organised by Revd's Foster and Foster. We saw everything but it was much harder going than I'd anticipated. The weather was awful. Not what I'd expected, Rain, snow wind and fog. It was warmer in Scotland! I'm glad I went. It was different from the biblical image I had in my head.

Paperwork came on time.

This 10 day pilgrimage was a wonderful opportunity to experience the Holy Land. So much was experienced, in a fairly short time! Guide and driver were both terrific, helpful and very knowledgeable. We would have appreciated a bit more 'free' time to relax and reflect as constant daily travels were quite tiring! ? 14 days with 2 rest days....

McCabe have reputation which has been upheld Well worth travelling with them as they use local people who know the destination.

This was a Christian Pilgrimage to the Holy Land and as such, it fulfilled all one could wish for. It was extremely busy, with no time for resting, but all the sites on the itinerary were visited, in spite of unusually poor weather in Petra and a need to reorganise the last couple of days. We did all the usual things one might expect of such a pilgrimage, and it put everything in perspective for me with regard to my faith and bible knowledge. The tone was set by our leader, who was sensitive to all the needs of members of our party, and I am truly grateful for having had the opportunity to join his group. Our guides, too, were extremely knowledgeable and also sensitive to the needs of the group members. Altogether a spiritually uplifting experience.

I have been on several McCabe pilgrimages, and would commend them to anybody wishing to partake in such an event. McCabe liaise with the tour leader and they put together a tour to suit the group. I have never had any complaints, and am already booked on my next tour in 2015.

Very interesting, good hotels. I found the Israelis very intimidating ( Customs or border officials at the airports for example) and unfriendly. Only hearing negative viewpoints about Palestinians was tiresome. We would have had a much higher opinion of the guide if his information was more objective and unbiased.

McCabe Pilgrimages have made a pilgrimage to the Holy Land a much less stressful experience than it might have been.

a good pilgrimage (not a holiday) well hosted with adequate hotels. I 've always wanted to go to the Holy Land and was not disappointed. It was a bit full-on - up at 6.30 everyday with a full programme, I came home for a rest! The lunches were good but we didn't need to have such large ones, taking up too long a period of the day. But in general, it had a good programme and was well organised. Patrick Farmer

An excellent and high quality tour of Jerusalem and the Sea of Galilee area with an experienced and very knowledgeable guide to take us to the historical and religious venues. A culturally rich experience for anyone.

Very polished tour delivery - all ran like clockwork.
