Amazing opportunity not only to visit biblical sites but also to meet with local people, with a local guide and driver to inform and support the group. It really makes the Bible come alive. Time also to float in the Dead Sea, swim in the Sea of Galilee, ascend to both the Judean fortress of Masada, and the Mount of Temptation near Jericho by cable car!!!

Macabe proved to be efficient and experienced in organising the pilgrimage. Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful time. It was also particularly moving to visit the Boys Home supported through Macabe Educational Trust

Pilgrimage to Israel. Jerusalem sights and Galilea where Jesus walked, taught and performed miracles. Amazing country with lovely people, we felt relaxed, safe and well looked after. A vibrant and busy city with lots to see and as part of the sightseeing we went to Jerico, up a cable car,the Dead Sea, Tiberias and Capernaeum. We had a fantastic boat trip across Lake Galilea and ate the most sumptuous and plentiful meals. So happy I went.

McCabe were efficient and trustworthy. You knew you were in safe hands and they would refund all monies should anything happened that the tour would get cancelled.

Well guided first time trip to the Holy Land. I am a Christian and found the experience renewed my faith and gave me plenty of inspiration to bring the Gospel into my life.

McCabe made me feel quite safe about taking a trip of a life-time to a land of conflict.

We had an outstanding Turkish guide. Our hotels were good in themselves, but the experience in the Richmond Hotels in Pamakkule and Ephesus was not pleasant because of the very downmarket clientele and the resulting all-night noise. We spent a lot of each day on our coach, which became very uncomfortable; it would have been far better to attempt fewer sites each day and extend the holiday by a few days.

McCabe's had worked out everything extremely well - I was very impressed with their attention to detail.

It was called in the Steps of St Paul touring Greece. % hotels on 10 days touring Greece. Good hotels generally. Flights with Aegean Airways could have been better.

I was happy with the holiday/ pilgrimage and with McCabes.

We had an unforgettable time in the Holy Land. Days started busy but with plenty of time to relax in stunning situations afterward. We learnt far more than we expected about the people of the Holy Land, the spiritual truths behind its history and the unique experience of walking in the steps of Jesus. Greatly recommended.

McCabe and our experienced and sensitive tour leader and greatlocal guides knew everything that mattered! They also worked seamlessly together. We were calmly advised before going when worried about the Gaza situation - no bold promises made but an awareness that they understood all our situation.

The whole tour was absolutely brilliant. Jammed packed with sites, scenes and experiences. Went everywhere, saw everything did it all and time enough to do it. First class group leader and tour guide. Due to the troubles in Gaza, many tourists stayed away, this allowed our group to visit sites virtually unaccompanied by other visitors.

MaCabe Pilgrimages were totally professional throughout. A representative met us at Heathrow and assisted us through our check in. Very impressed with this. From my experience with them, I would recommend anyone to travel with this operator.

It was a pilgrimage to Jordan, and it was wonderful. I enjoyed every experience, the Christian sites - Bethany beyond the Jordan, Mount Nebo & St. George's Church Madaba - and the other great places of Jordan, Petra and Wadi Rum.

Everything was well organised and we were made welcome and comfortable everywhere we went.

From the time the Pilgrimage was booked I was excited about going but when the troubles started was wondering if it would be cancelled. So glad it was not because from the time we boarded the El Al flight, the hospitality of the air stewards and the food were good. The warm welcome received by both hotels we stayed at - Golden Walls in Jerusalem and Ron Beach by the Sea of Galilee. The knowledge and experience of both our driver and guide (Millard and Bassam) was amazing. The places we visited were amazing and moving. The venues that were booked in advance for our lunch were welcoming and the food was also amazing

The itinerary organised by McCabe was well thought out and thoroughly organised.
