This was a two week tour based in four different locations in Japan and included visits illustrating art, religion, history, culture, crafts, and gardens, we travelled with an expert art historian who explained the iconic and sometime unusual sites we visited. Hotels, meals and transport included were always of a high standard of safety and comfort.

Martin Randall Travel provides a personal service with excellent itineraries to interesting and sometimes unusual locations. Everything is exceptionally well organised so I feel totally confident, I can focus on enjoying the tour without worrying about the organisation and I always feel I get value for money.

Some of the day to day details were a bit random, timings too elastic. Organisation excellent.

This holiday was in the northeastern area of Italy. The quality of the itinerary, the expert and the tour management cannot be stressed enough. We experienced unexpected weather issues which closed roads and monuments but not only did the organization and manager shift to accommodate the unexpected but we were given additional benefits to compensate.

Not only did they have a great plan but they were able to deal with the unexpected to maintain a great experience.

Celebration of William Byrd in the City

Well established, very efficient and all staff helpful and friendly

It was a single day "Byrd in the City", commemorating the 40th anniversary of the death of William Byrd. Three short recitals of glorious music in important city churches.

Very expensive, so i don't book often, and not for a 'general' holiday, but when he offers something that really interests me, he provides full value for the high price.

A well organised and comprehensive tour, with an outstanding guide and excellent tour manager, so that the whole trip was enjoyable and seamless

We have now travelled with Martin Randall nine times, which says it all.

The tour combined walking and historical interest(Hadrian's Wall) in superb countryside. We enjoyed the speaker's daily evening lectures.. Our tour guide kept us all together and was helpful in making sure we were at the right place at the right time.

Martin Randall provided a first class service in terms of the tour location, the accommodation, meals and personnel.

Staying in beautiful small hotels beginning with six nights in Asolo followed by three nights in Verona. Each day we were transported the different towns in the area to experience wonderful art and architecture from Renaissance on to to more recent times. The Lecturer provided a wealth of background knowledge thoughout the tour. We were also left to choose our own dining venues every second night aided by a helpful list provided by the Tour Manager
