An excellent tour of Iran, including looking for spring bulbs and flowers and visiting historical sites

The trip was well organized with excellent guides and transportation. My wife and I learned a great deal about Iran and its friendly and welcoming people.

Birding in Menorca

Excellent itinerary balancing birding with interesting walks and archaeological sites. The accommodation and hotel staff were splendid as were the hotel meals. Fi Lowry and Jane Greve looked after our every wish.

Idyllic hotel on a beautiful island

This holiday is based on a delightful country hotel with excursions to places of interest . Menorca is a beautiful island with varied scenery and offers excellent opportunities for those interested in either birds or flowers, especially in the spring, while there is also much of historical interest.

Rating for tour operator:

We have traveled with Kudu a number of times and have always been impressed by the care they take of their clients. The holidays are not cheap, but everything is included in the initial payment and there is nothing to spend money on during the trip except for souvenirs and bar bills. The leaders/guides are always very well informed and helpful.

Good walking, good company with expert guides

Morocco was a surprise. So much history, lovely friendly hospitable people. The countryside was so varied, amazing gorges, snow capped Atlas mountains, valleys with flowering almond trees and pretty little wild flowers. The great rollers on the Atlantic coast a paradise for surfers looked spectacular. Every day was a new experience. A special holiday experience.

Kudu is a small company dedicated to walking and cultural holidays. Kudu takes care of everything from the minute you arrive til the day of departure. Knowledgeable leaders who have thought out a varied itinery demonstrating the main features of the country visited, assisted by local guides on occasions. Guests often come across one another on different trips as there are many satisfied guests who come back for more Kudu experiences.

Exploring the animals and culture of Rwanda

Rwanda is a very safe country with very welcoming people. We visited three main game parks and saw an amazing amount of animals. Our four primate treks were all quite different but the Mountain Gorillas were the highlight. We spent an hour in their company observing the behaviours in the family group in their natural habitat. we spent time too learning about the recent past history of Rwanda. Rating for tour operator:

Kudu Travel organised a most memorable adventure holiday staying in interesting accommodation and having a wide variety of activities every day. With two Kudu guides and a most knowledgeable local guide we were extremely well informed and looked after throughout the trip. The small group is an extra bonus, particularly on the wildlife treks. I love the all inclusive price so you are not having to find places to eat lunch and dinner nor are you constantly having to think about tipping everyone.

Kudu concentrate on small parties between 6 & 14 people with an excellent, knowledgeable leader and the use of local guides. They can be cultural, musical, walking and birdwatching. They keep you on the go but nothing is compulsory! An excellent company who retains a very interested group of people.
