Three weeks in Cambodia and Laos passing through Bangkok
Excellent organization. We already visited all the other countries in the area (Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Ski Lanka) and this last experience was definitely worth the time and price of the tour. Angor is unbelievable beautiful and all the experiences we had in addition (Cambodian Circus, cooking lesson, magnificent dinners in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, silk factory and so on) made this vacation a thing to remember ...

Everything was perfectly organized and the Asian partner of InsideAsia Tours supplied four excellent guides, speaking a good English, and four capable drivers. One of our best vacations.

Second year of using IJT and yet again it was excellent service from beginning to end.

Individually tailored tour in Vietnam, taking in Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta, Hoi An and luxurious beach resort. With glitzy Hong Kong thrown in on our way home.
We're a family of three (17 year old son) and we were visiting Vietnam for the first time. InsideVietnam organised a great itinerary for us - Ho Chi Minh City, a guided trip on the Mekong Delta which took us to tiny, artisan producers among the fruit farms and included a terrific lunch on board our boat, then 5 days in a luxurious and pretty beach resort close to romantic and historical Hoi An. HCMC is a fantastic blend of modern and historical - of course, you can explore the political history via the War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace, but it's also a gracious city which bears the marks of its French past in Haussmanian boulevards as well as being crazily dynamic and youthful (mopeds! street food! seething markets!) You can buy Dior if that's what floats your boat, but there's also some great homegrown designers worth finding, like Lam Boutique and the designers showcased in L'Usine. Fabulous food for all budgets. Superb day out on the Mekong Delta, where we cycled around the fruit farms visiting artisan producers. We stayed in the Silverland Yen hotel, very comfortable and centrally located. Next time, we'll do the Back of the The Bike tours, to see more areas of the city, but this time we spent the budget on a speedboat trip to the Cu Chi tunnels, which was fascinating. Hoi An and the beach resort was a great change of pace, a chance to slow down, read on the beach, swim in the warm sea, have a massage and potter around Hoi An, which is beautiful, lantern-lit, and stuffed full of pretty restaurants and shops as well as a buzzing market. Our party combines fussy middle-aged people and a picky 17-year old and it can be tricky to find a way to keep us all happy over two weeks, but InsideVietnam did this in style. Hong Kong on the way home was fun - we had 4 days which was long enough to enjoy the Peak, the Star Ferry, the shopping malls, the parks, Temple Street and - the best bit for us - Soho and the Mid-Levels. The Ozo Hotel was well situated on the tram artery (love the trams!) in Wan Chai district.

We are returning customers to InsideVietnam having booked a holiday to Japan with their sister company two years ago. We're as impressed, second time around, with the friendly, knowledgeable service they provide. I don't want to have to work too hard when I book a holiday, and I want to be able to tell my travel consultant what I'm after - Charlotte at InsideVietnam was brilliant at organising our flights, our accommodation, trimming and adapting so that we got a great and varied first experience of Vietnam within our budget (we were having to pay single supplements for our son, so every pound had to work for us otherwise, and did). The information provided in advance was excellent and the contact maintained throughout the process really excellent - Charlotte always responded immediately to any questions I had, and kept in touch even while we were away - even helped us get some clothes forwarded from one hotel to another!

The whole experience of travelling through Japan and seeing a wide cross section of towns and cities was amazing.
I went on the Classic Japan tour supplied by InsideJapan Tours. The 12 day tour covered large cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka as well as some smaller ones such as Hakone, Takayama and up into the mountains in Kamikochi. This gave a wide experience of the different histories and cultures in these different areas. This gave a wide experience of the different histories and cultures in these different areas. The tour guide was excellent being knowledgeable about Japanese history as well as 21st Century culture and behaviour in Japanese society. Travelling around by train, coach and mountain railways was excellent. Everything worked like clockwork and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were invariably helpful and friendly.

I found InsideJapan Tours to be excellent right through from initial contact through to the final tour. Of all the companies I initially contacted, they were the only ones to actually phone me up to talk in detail about what sort of holiday I was looking for. The tour guide was excellent throughout. Finally, a couple of days after my return to the UK, someone from the company phoned me up to ask how the holiday had been.

Gastronomic excellence
Inside Japan Tours organised a gastronomy tour of Japan for me. I visited many different types of cities and towns, and had at least one gastronomic adventure in each. Although I had been to Japan many times before, I learned many new things about Japanes culture and food, and found everybody I dealt with to be friendly and courteous. IJT took the worry out of the trip, with all ground transport being well organised, and the occommodation was ...

Inside Japan Tours were excellent from the time of the first enquirer, and demonstrated a keenness to customise the tour to my requirements, while not incurring undue expense.

Golden Route - Japan
My mum and I had an absolutely memorable and amazing trip to Japan that we would attribute to the well laid out plans and itinerary that was thought out by our travel consultant Sophie from InsideJapan Tours. We travelled the Golden Route (Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka). We were able to immerse ourselves in the culture whilst travelling at our own pace. We would love to travel to Japan again!

Personal Service and Tailoring to a High Degree
This was my second tip with InsideJapan. The end product was the same as the first time--excellent service and information that allowed me to cram a lot of very specific interests and experiences into a 10-day period.

They answer all your obscure questions and help you to plan a detailed itinerary that takes you step-by-step from the moment you touch down in Japan to the moment you leave. They are also super-responsive to emails while you are in Japan.

Absolutely amazing lifetime experience
A month in Japan that we will never forget. Traveling across the country all the way down to the South Islands.

The staff at Inside Japan couldn't have done more for us. We are vegetarian and they did their best to find hotels that would accommodate our diet.

Incredible Japan
We have been lucky enough to live abroad in childhood and travel extensively for work and leisure, so we are confident travellers. I had been to Japan on business before but not a holiday with my wife. Thus our Japan trip was much looked forward to and did not disappoint. I have been to India many times, but their strapline applies equally to Japan, 'Incredible Japan' from Ryokan to Shinkansen, Kaiseki to Shabu shabu, from mountains to monasteries, ...
