Autumn Elegance was a very well organized trip, allowing time in several different locations on Honshu Island. Accommodations were comfortable, and the chance to travel by public transit was appreciated, as it provided the opportunity to experience "everyday" Japan! We had a great group of people, led by a thoughtful and kindly informative guide!

"Mitch" provided excellent guidance and information throughout the trip. Each day was packed with both organized activities as well as free time to explore on own's own. Mitch offered several "optional* tours which provided structure and the option to explore places away from crowds. With his very manner, and his careful "shepherding" of us, Mitch showed us a lot about civility and courtesy in Japan.

Just returned from an amazing trip organised by Inside Japan. My son and I travelled independently but all the accommodation and travel was organised for us. We made many train journeys but every one was made easy using the travel booklet, accommodation was excellent, ranging from hotels to a hut beside a river on a rice farm. All our prerequisites were met and we had a fabulous experience.

Inside Japan organised everything and altered an existing trip to include a day beside the sea. Everything went smoothly but we felt comfortable that the company could be easily contacted if needed.

Inside Japan tours organised the perfect holiday. Every single detail was organised brioche and they were on hand if we needed them.

Inside Japan prepared a dream-come-true holiday for us. Our family dislikes group tours, and we have traveled the world independently for years. This year, as a graduation present, we all went to Japan, a place where I worked many decades ago. I wanted to show my children the wonders of this stunning country. Grant, our tour guide, listened to our concerns, desires, planned destinations and even suggested a few new ones (like Hakone) which were a real gem. The accommodations, guides, tickets all met our standards, and then some. What a joy to go through Inside Japan. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Just wow!

Grant Ekelund was amazing. He always responded to our emails in a timely manner and Zoomed with us. He immediately followed up with venue or hotel suggestions and he did miracles with our budget. We felt cared for by Grant. We have never used a company or tour guide before, but knowing that Japan could be a bit daunting, we took a leap of faith, and Grant did not disappoint. Very efficient and provided good travel itinerary and ideas

We were celebrating our Honeymoon one year late! We went to Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto. We did sight-seeing, tried every different kind of food, went shopping, and ultimately got immersed in the country's culture.

They basically planned the entire thing. We gave them a time of year we wanted to go, and a list of things we wanted to do, and they did the rest.

We enjoyed ourselves so much that I made a video of our holiday experiences in Japan during our return flight home. I posted photos to Facebook and received so many compliments of how everyone had enjoyed seeing all the things we got up to. Even though we were probably doing all the usual sight seeing tours that everyone else does it felt like a really personal experience.

We used Inside Japan, the service was excellent. They even phoned us from Bristol to check that we were ok when we were 10 mins late meeting our tour guide in Kyoto because we had had to wait so long at the taxi rank at Kyoto station.

Booked trip to Japan through Inside Japan tour company just before Covid hit. As a result, it was postponed until 2023. Ben Guest at Inside Japan kept us up to date with entry requirements and answered every question posed. Tour was informative and well run with the tour leader (Chantel Furbert) going above and beyond to ensure my family had a fantastic holiday. When my elderly Mum developed Covid, she sourced Covid tests for her and helped with luggage forwarding for our extension to Disneyland / Disneysea.

We used Inside Japan. They had a portal where payments could be made and information presented about our holiday. We also received booklets about 2 weeks before the holiday with a detailed itinerary and information about each of the locations we would visit.
