Good quality throughout Namibia. Magnificent scenery. Good advice from Expert Africa.

Expert Africa were very helpful and put together a good programme. Good back up service on the ground throughout Namibia. Their representative was most helpful with minor car hire problems.

Our trip to Rwanda to see the Golden Monkeys and Mountain Gorillas was perhaps, the most wonderful trip we have ever made. We enjoyed every second and came home wanting to return.

We cannot thank Expert Africa enough for their superb service. Everything was very well organised and communicated to us. We would strongly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

With ten days to spend on holiday in Kenya during the rainy season at short notice, we turned to Expert Africa to roganise something. They gave us a few recommendations of things we didn't know about or hadn't done before on previous visits to Kenya. The Emakoko was a real fibnd, a loverly safari lodge, with a real safari vibe in Nairobi national park. Food was good, ambience was lovely and this is a fantastic place to spend time near the main airport. From there, we felw to Laikipia to stay at Laikipia Wilderness. The camp is lovely but perhaps visually not the most lovely in the area. However, the exprience was world class if you want to be immersed into the wilderness experience. Guiding was great, the wildife was varied and the chance to view wild dogs really up close was wonderful. Honestly, if you want a relaxed experience, good guiding and to forget about the real world, this place is it. From there we went on to Saruni Samburu, a complete contrast. Seeing this place at the start fo the rainy season was interesting, like being in a BBC wildlife documentary, as colours changed and the wildlife woke up. The lodge itself is truly spectacular: the photos on their website do not lie.

Richard Trillo at Expert Africa write the Rough guide to Kenya, so is truly an expert. He was spot on in his recommendations, efficient and helpful. Pricing was exactly what we expected for the lodges we had chosen. We have used Expert Africa before for Zambia and elsewhere and have always been impressed.

We had a very enjoyable 9 day trip to Namibia organised by Expert Africa. On the whole the lodges we stayed at were very good and the car hire arrangements worked well. I thought the overall cost was competitive and Expert Africa very helpful in making suggestions and the arrangements.

The member of staff who dealt with us was very helpful and knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I was quite happy dealing with Expert Africa.

We have used Expert Africa two times. The service is excellent - and eventhough we are based in Denmark, we will use Expert Africa again in the future. Expert Africa helped us select and itinerary for our Namibian trip. It worked wonderfully giving a varied and interesting tour staying at 5 excellent camps that offered great scenery, guiding, animal watching and a real desert experience in luxurious accomodation. The welcome we had at every camp was outstaning.

We couldn't have put together such a well balanced and organised trip without the personal attention of Tracey Lederer at Expert Africa whose personal experience of Namibia and our destinations made a huge difference. This was our second trip with Expert Africa and third with a Sunvil company. All have been perfectly arranged.

We stayed at Selous Impala Camp, Kwihala (in Ruaha National Park) and Ras Kutani on the Tanzanian coast. We had some wonderful game viewing experiences on safari and ended our trip with a few days relaxation next to the Indian Ocean.

All our travel arrangements worked well and all the places we stayed at were excellent. It very much helped us to choose the places to stay at knowing that the agent at Expert Africa had visited them before we booked.

We spent a week at Beho Beho Lodge in Selous Game Park in Tanzania and I cannot recommend this Lodge highly enough. The management have created a warm, friendly working environment for their staff and this reflects in the atmosphere and the high level of service and customer care. The guiding, done on a rotation system so you go out with each guide, was excellent and the guides knew the reserve intimately so we saw and learnt a lot. We enjoyed every aspect, the game drives, the lake trips and especially the walking safaris. We particularly liked the fact that the bandhas are open, so you see the bush 24 hours a day and the sight of the silhouette of a giraffe walking past about 5ft away in the early hours of the morning will staf with me for a long time. The food too was very good, even catering for a vegetarian. We then spent a week in Zanzibar at Kilindi which is a great place to chill out quietly and reflect on all the experiences of Beho Beho. Here too the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food here was amazing every day.

We used Expert Africa and from the moment we contacted them they demonstrated not just helpfulness, but the ability to tune into the type of holiday we wanted. They listened to us carefully and so were able to come up with appropriate suggestions based on our previous holidays and travel. We have used this operator before and would definitely use them again - helpful, attentive and attention to detail, plus good pre-travel packs and advice.

Have travelled with Expert Africa 7 times, their organisation and planning I have always found to be faultless, the staff very helpful and knowledgable, and have always thought we got good value for money
