Expert Africa arranged for us to conclude a longer South African journey with two days' safari. Beautiful rooms, wonderful food, fantastic and experienced guides, twice daily game drives, fun company, and the kind of attention to detail by the staff that is rare indeed made it a most wonderful two days. Add to that South African night skies, lions, zebra, elephants, giraffes, cheetah, leopard in their own habitat, a landscape that was being re-wilded in an amazing way, and a reserve that was also supporting development in the local community - I have to go back to Kwandwe.

Their expertise and resourcefulness in finding something just right for us in the shape of Kwandwe Game Reserve, and their attention to detail was impeccable. We had the most amazing time, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who asked. The personal experience and input of Tracy Lederer who handled our booking was very helpful (she knew the product she was selling first hand), and she made us feel valued and well looked after. Administratively I could not fault the company either, and they enabled us to have an experience that was excellent value for money, and to enjoy one of those experiences which is a lifetime high point.

Expert Africa put together an itinerary for our family - 2 adults and our 12 and 10 year old. We had a great holiday - lots of wonderful experiences, scenery and game viewing.

We used Expert Africa's excellent website to design our trip to Zambia with 5 adults. We stayed in three different camps in the South Luangwa Park and fell on our feet big time. Every detail was perfect, we had to think about nothing apart from what we would like to drink as a sundowner! The game viewing wildly exceeded our expectations and we have 3500 photos in 6 days. One of our bags went missing on the outward leg and the staff could not have been more proactive in their attempts to retrieve it. We would highly recommend Expert Africa and a South Luangwa safari to the more adventurous holiday maker.

To start with I really just mined their website for information but after doing my research and calling them I was confident that the correct choice had been made. We had to change our dates and flights a few times and nothing was too much trouble. They seemed very confident in what they were doing and we trusted them completely. Our trust was vindicated during our trip as everything was just perfect.

Travelling around Namibia, including Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, Damaraland and etosha (self drive). We sawa huge variety of ani,als and lanscapes and stayed in 10 different camps. We went on a number of walks and wildlife drives.

Expert Africa were efficient, friendly and helpful, even when we changed our dates. Their website is excellent and easy to navigate.

A tailor-made trip to Zanzibar, snorkelling, swimming, birdwatching and sight-seeing. Arrived a day later than I should have done because of a long delay to the flight out which entailed an overnight stay at Heathrow Premier Inn. Despite that, once in Zanzibar I greatly enjoyed my stay there at two different lodges. Interesting and informative excursions and some wonderful snorkelling.

Expert Africa arranged a tailor-made trip for me very efficiently and sent me a guidebook to Zanzibar, which was very useful. I very much appreciate the work put in by James. Apart from the long delay to the flight out, the trip went to plan.

At our request, ExpertAfrica organized a personalized trip to Kenya for three of us (parents and a grown child), within our budgetary constraints. We visited three camps, each offering a view of different aspects of safaris in Kenya. El Karama Eco-Lodge offered an interesting link between historic cattle ranching and a low key impact on life in Kenya. The Mara Ngenche Safari Camp took us into a dense, thickly-forested riverine forest. We were quite isolated until we emerged into the savannas to find wildebeest (etc) and the ever-present lions--and the flocks of tourists in their many vehicles, including buses. Quite a contrast with the El Karama area. Our third stop was the elegant Tortilis Camp with huge herds of elephants. An interesting extra event here was a most interesting visit to a Maasai village.

Richard Trillo from ExpertAfrica did a wonderful job, integrating our desires for a trip to Kenya and a modest budget. It wasn't "cheap" but nevertsheless "modest". Richard listened carefully, heard what we wanted, and organized everything: flights, pickups, camp reservations. In fact, down to the last detail. And everything worked out! We were immensely pleased with ExpertAfrica and would highly recommend them for safaris.

Three weeks in Namibia self driving mostly and staying at different venues and lodges.

We benefited for their detailed support when planning our trip and when we needed their support when travelling in a remote regions, their response was appropriate effective and timely; altogether they all made this trip one of our greatest experiences ever!

We had the most amazing holiday on safari at Siwandu followed by a relaxing stay on Mafia Island at Pole Pole. The services and facilities at both venues were fantastic and way above our expectations. Both venues are run in a professional, efficient and friendly way with excellent staff and great facilities.

Expert Africa were helpful and efficient and gave great advice on how to tailor our holiday to our needs. The staff were very knowledgeable and approachable.

Choosing a self drive safari in Namibia as a 70th birthday experience seemed quite bold to our friends and family, but with the support and advice of Expert Africa we had a stunning holiday. We felt safe at all times. The lodges and camps were well chosen, providing the luxury that we wanted, close to the real Namibia. Welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff in amazing environments provided us with the holiday of a lifetime.

From an initial enquiry, to solving problems due flight delays, Expert Africa provided expert service. We have travelled with them before and once again they demonstrated a wide knowledge of local conditions, excellent communications and provided comprehensive information for our trip. We would happily travel with them again.
