I went to 2 destinations in Thailand, partly to find somewhere for my separated family to meet next year. The first destination (Surin Beach Phuket)Was crowded but not as bad as the rest of Phuket. The second destination 30 miles from Krabi was a lovely hotel but in a very poor location, big stone quarry, very isolated. Avoid "The Elements" Krabi at all costs

Experience Travel was trusted to find my destinations after I had discussed what I wanted. I cannot believe they had ever been to my second hotel, Very disappointing

We had a brilliant introduction to India two years ago. We challenged Experience Travel Group to equal/surpass this experience. South India was always going to be a greater challenge when compared to the relatively more sophisticated facilities of our first trip to the North. It was different but equally enjoyable albeit in its contrasts rather than in its similarities. We started with temples and then some more temples and then a few more before progressing through an increasingly relaxing holiday. It all finished too quickly!

Patient, flexible and focused on meeting our needs. Finding the right travel agent and in particular an agency that can appoint the appropriate ground agents has always been out measure of success. Both the UK and the Indian ground agents delivered a great experience which we would encourage others to enjoy

Our time in Sri Lanka was made complete by our guide who provided knowledge wherever we went. The country was amazing and we experienced so much more than expected

We spent a wonderful week in Sri Lanka, visiting many temples, climbing Sigiriya, finding elephants on an afternoon safari, meeting local farmers and appreciating their way of life. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. We saw some fantastic wildlife and ate some amazing food - we will definitely be back as a week is not long enough!

Great itinerary put together for us - Becky was very knowledgeable about what we could realistically achieve in the week that we were in Sri Lanka. Everything flowed very well for the week and we had no problems whilst we were in Sri Lanka. Our tour guide was extremely knowledge and went out of his way to ensure that our first visit to Sri Lanka was a memorable one.

We had an itinerary that included Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Agra and Delhi. We visited all the major sites with excellent guides and a very good driver to look after us. Our hotels were all of very good quality and included a nice mix, including a luxury, a haveli and one homestay. It was all well organised and ran smoothly with a ground agent on hand to deal with any problems.

We chose to use Experience Travel because of a personal recommendation and were delighted with the itinerary they provided for us. All our guides were excellent and although we loved touring the palaces and forts we particularly enjoyed some of the more unusual experiences. We spent an evening cooking with a lovely family in Jaipur, had a fascinating afternoon touring the cantonement in Agra with an Indian gentleman whose family owned one of the grand British bungalows and had an exciting cycle rickshaw ride around Old Delhi. It was a fabulous holiday and I thoroughly recommend it.

Experience Travel Group (James) really delivered on this holiday. We already knew the places that we wanted to visit in Vietnam but didn't know how all of it would be feasible in the 10 days that we planned to be there. An itinerary was sent to me within 24 hours of my initial phone call which included everything, and more, that we had requested. It included what proved to be amazing hotels; personal tour guides and drivers (which meant we could spend as long or as little time as we wanted at various places, and could get real and personal levels of information from our guides through spending time with them); and transfer information. Closer to departure date we received very useful summary information on weather, dress, food, tipping etc, and links to an App which gave us all our holiday details and information on our phones. During this holiday we feel that we have experienced Vietnam to understand the culture, ethnic groups, influences on architecture, food and varied landscapes to get a good flavour of the country and it's people. We would thoroughly recommend Vietnam as a holiday destination and suggest that a visit to a good cookery school is a must while you're there!

Great 2 weeks touring in Cambodia - 4 nights in Angkor visiting many different temples, including sunrise at Angkor Wat, followed by stays in Battambang, Phnom Penh, the Cardomom mountains and Kampot.. Lots to do and see, excellent food and great itinerary arranged by Experience Travel.

Experience Travel listened to what we wanted from our holiday before coming up with a great itinerary. Happy for us to make changes until we had just what we wanted. All arrangements went without a hitch and we had a great time. Happy to recommend Experience and we would certainly use them again.

A chance to view the ancient Sri Lankan relics of a tropical island, enjoy the fabled cuisine so rich with rare local fruits, vegetables and delicious curries in exotic residences or on the roadside both from the turbulent tuks tuks squeezing us through the rush hour traffic or graciously touring in aircondition comfort.

Becky at ETG took a lot of trouble understanding what elderly tourists, one with sight impairment but a lot of travel experience would find stimulating and manageable. The variety of hotels suggeted gave us the opportunity to feel we were properly involved with the planning as well as controlling the budget. Additional information was well presented and the whole package was very tidily managed in a thoroughly friendlyt, proficient and helpful manner.

We really liked the large range of bird life, the elephants, the creatures in the jungle and the whales. in addition we enjoyed staying in some great small hotels with lovely staff and great local food.
