Very well organised holiday from start to finish. Looked after every step of the way.

Excellent

We had great experiences from street food tasting, dragon boat ride, cooking class and visiting elephant sanctuary. All so memorable hard to say what was favourite. Everything our tour operator helped us to organise was first class and ran all on time perfectly. All hotels were superb. It truly was a land of ‘wonderful’ Smiles as advertised.

David Gookey so helpful, from first contact. He was very knowledgeable and helped us towards a fulfilling itinerary. He was not pushy and was more keen we had a holiday to remember. He kept us up to date with everything on a regular basis giving us great confidence throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. If deciding to travel further afield in the future will definitely contact him.

The before-travel service was excellent with full details and itinerary provided. We also appreciated the reminder emails ahead of travel. Our holiday had several sections to it with quite a bit of travel and tours; all ran very well with no stress or hassle. The quality of hotels was spot on with our expectation. The guides were super friendly, professional and spoke good English. Our agent helped us during the trip to add friends to a tour and to change flight seats. We had a wonderful holiday, thanks fo Experience Travel Group. However, towards the end of our holiday I had the misfortune of falling and breaking my leg. Experience Travel were absolutely amazing. They had someone "on the ground" rush to our aid straight away, and there was always someone on hand to help us with difficulties and complications, and they "held our hand" throughout. First visit to Sri Lanka and glad we had used driver. A lot of travelling but the end result was worthwhile. Great weather, great hotels, lovely people and fantastic scenery. Each area visited was different but I particularly liked the Tea Plantation visit.

Experience Travel were very efficient and everything went to plan. Could not have been more helpful.

Travelled through Sri Lanka for 18 days. Stayed in fabulous unique hotels with great fed and staff who really gave excellent service. Saw great range of places and diverse experiences- where else can you see 4 leopards and a sloth bear, climb a huge rock take a tuk tuk and meet and eat with farmers chat totea workers and be shown how to pick tea , wander around temples of people from years ago eat amazing food and so much more then finish by chilling on golden sanded beaches under palm trees!

Ensured every part of Holiday was varied and interesting. Suggested excellent hotels and great range of diverse experiences.really knew the country and shared that knowledge to build an excellent holiday. Well done

Enjoyed a wide variety of cultural experiences and learnt a lot about each countries past history that may not have been reported or mentioned in the west. All people very friendly.
