Three centre, two week, self catering holiday on Crete with car hire included.

Just back from a three centre, two week holiday on Crete. This was all extremely well organised by Cachet Travel from the initial assistance with choice of areas on Crete before booking to the excellent, detailed information about each area which we received when we arrived. All the accommodation was exactly what we expected and all very clean, well maintained and peaceful. Everyone we dealt with at the Company had detailed knowledge of the island and an obvious love and enthusiasm for what they do. Wouldn't hesitate to travel with them again.

It's a bit pretentious but we had got tired of winter holidays in the Caribbean and, in search of sunshine closer to home, we thought we would give the Canaries a try. But which island? That's where Cachet Travel came in. We got in touch and they asked what we looked for in a holiday and what sort of hotels we liked to stay in, and then came back with a wonderful summary of the pros and cons of each island; after discussion, a full itinerary was put together and costed. We're not long back from a six week, three island, adventure; all Cachet's arrangements for hotel bookings, inter-island flights, transfers etc worked perfectly and we had not a moments anxiety about anything. Five star service!

At Residential el Conde, Valle Gran Re, La Gomera Relaxing sunshine holiday, not a tourist trap, nice apartment, all conveniences nearby. Wonderful excursion whalewatching (no whales but lots of dolphins)

Great to be able to talk to a real person who knows all about the place and can give good, detailed, information and advice. We really appreciate the transfer arrangements. Small problem on arrival (wrong apartment) was immediately attended to and sorted out

I sought the Company's assistance to provide a Seven day Christmas break in the Canary Islands. They selected the Hotel Lancelote, Arricife, Lanzarote. Arrangements were made without any complications whatsoever and all information and documentation provided without delay or complication. From start to finish I was confident that our needs would be fully satisfied and they were. The hotel was excellent in every respect, food, accommodation and flexibity and attitude of staff. Examination of on-site alternatives showed very quickly that we had chosen the correct location, far preferable to other places on the island. I will endeavour to use this company again not least of all for peace of mind from start to finish. This was an excellent break.

They met my every need and showed interest and concern throughout the deal.

Tenerife - Puerto de la Cruz - Hotel Vallemar - 5-12 November The 4 star Hotel is in an enviable position, very close to the sea, with a fabulous restaurant serving a wide range of international and local food. The service is professional-first class and all the staff very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a perfect week relaxing, resting and reading with lovely warm and sunny weather. This has 'recharged our batteries' ready for Christmas and the New Year, when we shall return for more R&R - can't wait.

Cachet-Travel were most helpful in every respect, very knowledgeable with lots of useful suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner. We shall use them again and have already recommended them to some friends.

Two weeks at the Mandarin Boutique hotel with 2 teenagers. The accommodation was luxurious, comfortable, clean and filled with interesting artefacts. Every detail has been thought about for example kettles in the rooms, to pool towels, shady places to sit and relax and comfortable sun loungers (not the cheap plastic rigid variety!) Somebody has really thought about this place in detail and it doesn't go unnoticed by clients. Even excursions and holistic therapies are offered. The staff are really sweet and kind and although they don't speak English they manage to convey kindness and warmth. Nothing is too much trouble at the Mandarin. Above all it was a feast for the senses: breathtaking views and interiors, a garden filled with scented jasmine and groaning with grapes, just the sound of crickets not tacky piped music, lovely pool and jacuzzi for gentle exercise and delicious home-cooking with local produce (much of it organic). I am very fussy and I found it difficult to find fault with this place (apart from the mosquitoes in the evening!!) What you don't feel at the Mandarin is processed like a commodity through a corporate hotel chain - you feel like a human!

Cachet Travel were professional and helpful. They answered all our questions promptly and were efficient in getting all our documents to us. There were no hiccups in our travel due to Cachet. We would recommend them and would travel with them again.
