From start to finish everything went to plan. Excellent greeting at airport, efficient transfers and a wonderful b and b. Views perfect, breakfasts delicious, room and gardens tranquil. Position central and convenient. Highly recommended

We were a group of friends who rented two villas in Pendamodi on Crete. Car hire was included. The location was great, in a very small village and with superb views. Each villa was beautifully furnished and had its own pool. Great walking in the area and Knossos was an easy drive.

Every aspect was excellent - very helpful rep at the airport, free upgrade of hire car, very clean, well furnished villa, generous welcome pack, lovely owner on hand

Casa de Hilario on Lanzarote is the best place for a quiet luxury holiday ( Bed and Amazing classy and stylish, five star (in our humble opinion) Guesthouse (Bed and Breakfast)in a select house with a very small pool (despite being told to take towels we were provided with them...little annoying when luggage space precious with budget airlines) and exceptionally well behaved clientele. Not for families but for those who like the good things in life and a luxury breakfast on the terrace and quiet corners to relax and unwind. Service and care outstanding and room great. (Pity no air conditioning though and we had to go and buy a fan...only for owner to present one a few hours later !) Superb standards and the added advantage of being met at airport, taken to car, then lead to the Casa by the representative. Location on island ideal and away from dreadful coastal developments and crowds. Without this outstanding property and the care shown by Cachet Travel the trip would have been a disaster! Thank you so much Cachet Travel...now please expand your European holiday areas to include Mallorca, Corsica etc. for us, the discerning tourist! Would Definitely use you again and highly recommend you for those who want quality and high standards, away from the noise and crowds. How refreshing that a Company like you still exists these days...and does not charge the earth !

Caring, efficient and full of surprises...e.g. we didn't realise that we would be taken to our car at the airport and then lead to our hotel by the representative. They made a call later in the week to check all was OK. What standards! Based on our experience we can trust Cachet travel.

Much as I would like to keep the wonderful Mandarin and Mango hotels in Turkey a secret haven for my own personal use, I owe it to Cachet Travel to comment on our wonderful holiday experience in this delightful area. This gem of a hotel located in a peaceful hamlet surrounded by woodland and meadows is ideal for total relaxation with the option of good walking if you feel so inclined. The accommodation is superb, the traditional Turkish food exceptional and the staff very welcoming and friendly. We shall certainly be using Cachet Travel again and in particular returning to Turkey.

La Graciosa, off Lanzarote. Apartment on harbour, excellent views, superb restaurants/cafes/bakery. Beautiful beaches, walking, weather ideal. Second visit and will go again - ideal to get away from it all with no crowds.

All about experience cannot be faulted as they researched anything further asked about. One big no-no is the airline used Thomson (737), last time it was much better - EasyJet. Thomson is too cramped and even staff find working arrangements difficult. Poor.

A week self-catering on La Graciosa - Vista Mar apartment. All the travel arrangements including connections and ferries went like clockwork. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well equipped. Plenty of exercise walking to a string of unspoiled beaches. Unless you fish or dive all you can do is chill. We don't fish or dive so it suited us perfectly. Friendly locals, a selection of places to eat and drink. Very good quality food at great prices. There's couple of supermarkets, a good bakery which also has great ice-cream and a bank with an ATM.

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Good communication and accurate descriptions. The whole trip was hassle free.

Tenerife is a good holiday destination and staying on the North east side of the island was more interesting, away from the big hotels. However, the weather was not great on this side of the island in March so a car was essential for sun - seeking in the South.

As usual, Cachet Travel have supplied a great holiday. All very easy and hassle free. Good company for less "touristy" holidays.

We found Cachet Travel out of the blue on the internet, and being at something of a loss, especially as we were booking very late, we handed the problem over to them. They solved it very quickly and, with a couple of emails, all was arranged. Hassle free and much better than we could have done ourselves

The two-centre 10 day break to the Parador La Gomera and Ambassador Apartments in Puerto de la Cruz was chosen as a short haul, sunshine break to recharge batteries and give my husband and I some quality time together. It ticked all the boxes. Both accommodations were really good, the apartments being extra special in their beautiful tropical garden setting and with daily maid/towel service. Reception staff were helpful with phoning for taxis and instructions on where to be dropped off; the 24 hour concierge was reassuring. The resort rep did not show up during the second half of our stay and did not respond to various messages; the reception staff bridged the gap adequately by advising on normal departure routine, and our airport transfer taxi arrived bang on time so we need not have fretted. However, the weather let us down somewhat - mid February can be a bit wet, I understand, well it was very wet. Taxis (very reasonable) and umbrellas saved the day, we did everything and went everywhere we had planned.

Would have been excellent had we been able to get a response from resort representative in Puerto de la Cruz.
