Highlights of the Highlands hiking trip

This trip was a wonderful experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and had a great personality. The hikes were scenic and interesting. The accommodations were not only comfortable, they were also very interesting. The hotels were destinations themselves. The food was excellent and authentic to the region. Service was excellent from the time of booking the trip until the final drop off point.

Great experience with Wilderness Scotland

I found Scotland to be an amazing place. The landscape was awe inspiring, the people are so friendly, and we really enjoyed the outdoor challenges we undertook. Our kayak trip with Wilderness Scotland was great. Our equipment was good quality, our guides were awesome, I felt well fed and I was genuinely sad to leave. I didn't want to come home.

Walking - The Orkney Isles by JulieP, 14 May 2024

A wonderful tour of the Island of Orkney-archeology and walking combined perfectly

This was a mixture of visits to archeological sites and short walks of 1-3 hours in the islands giving an opportunity to experience the flora and fauna of the isles as well. Excellent accommodation combined with great food and a small group made it an extremely memorable holiday.

Wonderful women-only walking tour

A walking tour in the Outer Hebrides. I was travelling alone and spending a week with three other women -- all strangers -- and feeling a little nervous about it, but the Wilderness Scotland guide as well as the other travellers made it a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
