Wilds of Assynt. An amazing experience of total immersion in a unique area of Scotland I didn't previously know.

The accommodation was clean, very comfortable and ideal for the type of trip. The very talented guide led us safely on an amazing hill-walk every day despite high winds and challenging weather conditions. I was thrilled by the flora and fauna of the region as well as the unique geology. I enjoyed great freshly landed local seafood every day. Outstanding walks and guide

I had a fabulous 7-day walking trip in Assynt, with a mix of going up mountains (Graham, Corbett) and coastal walks.

It was my 4th trip with them and they have been excellent every time in the thoughtfulness in organizing the trip, the choice of accommodation and dining, and most of all the guides.

Assent walking

It was a walking tour of the Assynt region of Scotland. Unfortunately the weather was terrible so we couldn't complete the hikes on the itinerary.

Grand adventure hiking the Scottish Highlands

The Scottish weather was amazingly sunny and cooler - a wonderful contrast to back home where there are currently 100 degree days. Climbing beautiful mountains covered in heather, hearing the burns bubble, learning about the Scottish history, seeing beautiful sights, eating good food. A superb experience.

Our guide went above and beyond listening and observing and making adjustments to hikes as needed. We accomplished everything on the itinerary and more with little sights added along the way that made the trip special for us and forever memorable! The hugest shout out to Wilderness Scotland but mostly to Dave Greer, who made us want to keep coming back!
