On Foot Holidays did a fabulous job with all of the planning and logistics! The hike instructions were extremely detailed and accurate. The lodging was wonderful and all of the local transportation they arranged came on time and was easy to find. The entire team provided exceptional customer service and we will definitely use them again.

This was a self guided hiking tour where On Foot Holidays provided detailed hike instructions and we had a local contact we could call if we had any questions. We did not need to call the local contact for the duration of the 6 day, 5 night trip.

Onfoot are excellent - they offer a very personal service and also ask for comprehensive feedback and respond to any points you raise. We have no negative comments. The only points we raised were very minor and will be addressed eg. a very minor modification to the first instruction on one of the days.

Excellent personal service. Follow up on any requests made eg. we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel on day one as soon as we arrived from the airport - this was arranged.

On Foot were a joy to deal with. They were very knowledgeable about this walking holiday, and answered all our questions. We were sent lots of useful information in advance to make everything go as smoothly as possible. The accommodation and routes were spot on - a fascinating part of the world, and some really memorable accommodation, including the converted monastery. We really felt that our holiday was important to On Foot, and the personal touch was key to this, before, during and after the holiday. Best walking holiday company we have ever travelled with, by some way.

6 of us all in our 50's frequent walkers wanted a walking holiday somewhere remote and beautiful, Zagoria and Meteora did not disappoint us. All the travel arrangements worked very well, all accommodation was small local and friendly.Walking directions were extremely good and detailed, all we had to do was follow our instructions to have a days walk in splendour and an evening in comfort. Arranging the itinerary was easy as it was possible to speak to people who had done the walk .It was possible to customise it to suit our requirements. Our holiday was graded medium to hard and we felt this was exactly right. The company also rang to wish us a good holiday !

'On foot holidays' operate an efficient but very friendly and competent company. I would not consider another operator for a walking holiday.

Trip was a lot of fun and a great way to see Amalfi coast. We really felt we covered a lot of territory and had a good feel for the area after. Accommodations were great and we had an amazing time.

Our walking holiday in Northern Portugal was everything we hoped it would be. The tour was well put together and extremely well executed by the UK and local operators. We were given extensive and comprehensive information to cover all eventualities and the organisation was excellent. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friend and family.

We loved the itinerary set up by On Foot Holidays in the Zagoria region of Greece. The organization and attention to detail made the trip go very smoothly. We loved their choices of accommodations.

My husband and I just completed our week long Côtes du Rhone and the foothills of Mont Ventoux. It was fantastic! On Foot never left a stone unturned and were easily contactable at any given moment. Harriet, especially, was extremely helpful. The accommodations were delightful, and the choices of towns to visit, so full of history and enchanting. Of course, great food and wine all along the way. Long hiking days, but well worth the effort, through vineyards, rolling hills, forests, some serious climbs. Would definitely choose to go on another trip with On Foot. Many, many thanks. The organisation of our on foot holiday was excellent. All the travel arrangements made by the company including Taxi's and provision of ferry tickets etc went without a hitch. First Class. The accomodation was all of a high standard and staff very friendly and helpful. The instructions for the walks were clear and easy to follow. We will definately holiday with On Foot holidays again.

Communication with On Foot holidays during the booking process was excellent - no room for improvement. Their hosts in Crotia who met us at the airport and at the ferry were helpful and efficient.

It was an excellent 6 day walking holiday from just south of Exeter to Dartmouth, across the moor and then following the river Dart. The route was found by On Foot holidays, excellent written route instructions were provided. Our accomodatio was booked before hand by On Foot and our bags were transported to our next night's destination. The duration of the walk was about 100kms. Our accomodation was good, and we found some excellent places to eat, our favourite being the Maltsters Arms at Tukenhay. A well known inn by the riverside. We had glorious views of Dartmoor and surrounding countryside, with three sunny days, and three wet ones. If you are a walker I can thoroughly recommend this walk.

On Foot is a small walking tour operator which organises walks mainly in Europe. There is close attention paid to the route, walking instructions and finding suitable accomodation. There is always a local person on hand for help if needed. My wife and I will definitely be going with them again.
