travelled to Israel "The Holy Land" in October. tour was a two hotel stay in Golden walls hotel and then Ron Beach hotel. the guide was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable but also very caring, looking after us so well and keeping us all safe.

I was part of an organised group visiting many sites in Israel. It was very well organised and the local guide was excellent as was the local coach driver.

The tour operator was McCabe pilgrimages and they organised the various excursions and the hotels.

I travelled via Heathrow to Tel Aviv. We hit the ground running visiting all the religious sites important in Jesus' life and death. The leader and guide and McCabe rep were faultless in their knowledge and support. The schedule was measured and inclusive. I had a particular sense of the presence in Gethsemene. Altogether a trip of a lifetime. I would hope that many many more can have the same intimacy with Jesus' time on Earth. We enjoyed the Eucarist at 3 sites.

What to say? One could not have had one more caring, more supportive and more organised. McCabe went the extra million miles for everyone. I can not imagine any way that the tour operator could improve on their performance. They were faultless.

The 10 day holiday visited the main religious sites in and around Jerusalem and also the Sea of Galilee. An experienced and informative guide led us through the important places and our own Church vicars and curates provided spiritual input throughout. This worked well in making the experience very meaningful. Good accommodation was provided in the two areas with each day a planned lunch stop at a place with local interest.

Mc Cabe Pilgrimages have a a wealth of experience in providing this specialist type of holiday and supported well.

The guide was superb,the hotels excellent and itinerary informative and well planned.Additionalmitems were put in lace like the evening tour iof Jerusalem and queues and troubled areas were avoided with any fuss or chaos. Or worry to the party of 21 pilgrims.

McCabes are excellent in their planning to detail and the requirements of their tour and party oeader. They listen to the needs and oversee the preparation abs the execution of the tour both before and during the time away.The relationship with their agents in Isaraek and their contacts in the local hotels in Jerusalem and Tiberias are lom*standing and excellent.Their choice of restaurants for lunch are exemplary and include menus of variety representing the communities and the use of ,coal foods and diets where possible showing the vast varieties of local dishes. nothing appears to be uch trouble ina addressing the individuals requirements of each party pilgrim….

A diverse group of people who became a community for ten days, travelling, relaxing, talking, laughing, praying, worshipping and eating together, But also for each person a personal journey; in fact two journeys - the visible, physical and the inner one, the impact that different places and experiences made .

We went to Bulgaria. A place stunning natural beauty, varied and interesting history, and we had the most beautiful autumn weather I have ever experienced.

Always trouble free and they are very good at the content combinations for a mixed group of travellers. We have traveled with the often and look forward to next March when we are booked with them again.

A full programme with a knowledgeable local guide. There was a danger of information overload, and I wished I had read up on Bulgarian history beforehand.

Perhaps because of the pandemic, I did not receive an acknowledgement of my booking, and was only confident that the trip would happen after paying the balance as specified in the terms and conditions.
