We were a group of Christians who saw it as a pilgrimage. Our local guide and our coach driver were both Arab Christians, and a good, warm fellowship developed among us. They were constantly helpful and cheerful.

There was good communication from the time of booking till the start of the holiday, and I felt we were told all we needed to know. A representative of the operator met and greeted us at the departure airport. All arrangements were quite satisfactory.

Eyes opened to Jordan. When a trip seems to be seamless I know a lot of work has gone in.

An very thought provoking time away. Understanding better the places that we are so familiar with from reading the bible during the times of Jesus. The tour operator, McCabe were excellent and all the arrangements went smoothly. The two hotels we stayed in were very good, the rooms to a good standard and excellent food. The itinerary was very good and whilst we travelled far and visited much there was still time to relax and take in the surroundings. At no time did we feel rushed or under pressure. The package included EasyJet flights and whilst they wouldn't have been my first choice (even thoughI'm not a regular flyer) the flights and level of service onboard was more than just acceptable. We returned having taken in much and still need to assimilate much of what we saw into the realities and activities around the times of Jesus.

McCabe is a specialist in pilgrimages. The first contact was by phone and this and all subsequent contact in whatever form did not disappoint. We were met on out outbound flight by one of their staff who was very helpful. On the tour two ministers were responsible for the spiritual aspects of the trip while a locally appointed guide. selected by McCabe ensured we were able to achieve the best from our time in the Holy Land. To be honest the whole experience was extremely positive and were i/we to do another Pilgrimage that McCabe would be the first (and probably only) port of call.

After flying to Tel Aviv we transferred to Golden Walls Hotel in Jerusalem for 5 nights, visited many sites in and around Jerusalem particularly following Jesus's days up to his Crucifixion and Resurrection including Bethlehem then traveled to Tiberias on The Sea of Galilee for 4 nights at Ron Beach Hotel and visited many sites where Jesus walked with his disciples as we can read in The Bible. Masada and Caesarea were also wonderful places to visit with their unique Roman history

McCabe were very well organised, had all the information we needed and arranged all the important parts of the holiday superbly

We stayed in Jerusalem and Tiberius in Isreal and visited a wide variety of historical and religious sites.

To remember Christ by joining a procession of 12,000 people led by the Franciscans on Palm Sunday was the pinnacle of a week visiting much read about, but not experienced Biblical sites. It was a rare chance to review and deepen faith in the care of a Christian leader and Christian guide.
