We travelled to Jordan as pilgrims exploring the Holy Land east of the River Jordan. Couldn't have done more in the 8 days - very good use of time, excellent local guide, no concerns about safety - very welcoming country. Accommodation and transport all of top quality. Lots of different experiences - walking in Petra, riding a camel, jeep travel in Wadi Rum, swimming in the Dead Sea and Red Sea, visiting many ancient sites and the Holy Land Institute for the Deaf. As anticipated, trip has provided me with much food for theological reflection and will be resource for future talks, preaching, etc....

Have travelled with McCabe before and are happy to rely on their knowledge of the area in terms of security. Yet again, they met our high expectations in terms of the ease of booking, the availability of staff to answer questions before the trip, the quality of all the arrangements re guides, accommodation, transport,and entrance fees. We are already planning our next trip with McCabe!

We enjoyed time in Jerusalem and beside the Sea of Galilee.

We enjoyed appropriate advice on preparing for the Pilgrimage, great accommodation and a programme full and overflowing with amazing experiences, as we followed in the footsteps of Christ on His earthly journey. The food was delicious too! IThe whole trip was indeed fully INCLUSIVE

The trip was a pilgrimage to the Holy Land to follow in the footsteps of Jesus and it was far better than I imagined it would be. We had an excellent driver and guide who explained everything clearly. We stayed in two excellent hotels that were clean and had a very good range of food available.

We were sent plenty of information about our itinerary in advance and told what to expect every step of the way. The booking process was straightforward.

Everything taken care of and nothing left to worry about!

There was a lot of travel by coach as we went from Bucharest in the south of Romania through Transylvania visiting several of the Fortress churches up to Buccovina in the North East of the country and several of the painted churches of that region. We also visited some rural areas, which gave us a fuller idea of life in Romania today. A full and interesting tour.

McCabe Pilgrimages was an efficient operator who took control of all travel to and from Romania as well as in the country. They chose excellent hotels for our stay and an extremely knowledgeable and helpful Romanian guide.

Visiting the monasteries and churches were lovely, saw excellent museums, musical performances, artist and craft people. The Pilgrimage was very very lovely. The group was nice and small and very friendly. The leader Kevin Dunn and his wife were very friendly and caring.

Everything was very well organised, spot on.

An excellent and well planned itinerary.
