Trip to The highlands

Great

It was a 10 day Holy Lang pilgrimage - that makes it sound terribly pious, but we were a happy bunch of Northerners who were made to feel at home in Israel and Palestine. We were under no illusions about the political and social context of the areas we visited, but we had a very good guide and felt secure. We were well looked after by McCabe and the hotels we visited.

Attention to detail and patient treatment of our Covid-19 questions - good ethical company.

A pilgrimage to the Holy Land. very good experience though I could have done with another holiday to reflect and recover as it was on the go from 8am till 6pm also 2 evening meetings.

Every part of our Pilgrimage was very well planned, the travel, our Pilgrimage leader Revd Mo. Surrey, and her husband Sid were fantastic, both helpful and knowledgeable. The hotels were luxurious, our guide in Israel, Kevock, his knowledge was unending, Samir our driver was very capable(he had to be for some of the roads)! The Pilgrimage was everything we wanted and more. A spiritual experience. A memory to live with forever.

I can only praise the staff of McCabe's in London. They were so helpful, with covid causing so many problems, it must have been a stressful experience trying to get everything sorted out, which they did with the utmost care. Everything was planned beautifully. McCabe's could not have done more, they are excellent.
