We went as part of a group and the leader was the minister of our church. We spent 5 days in Austria at an excellent hotel (Eder) and visited some beautiful places, and the last two days in Oberammergau for the Passion Play which was a wonderful experience. Everything was extremely well organised by McCabe, down to the last detail, and it is a holiday we will remember for a long time.

McCabe have a very good reputation which is certainly deserved. The holiday was extremely well organised, nothing was too much trouble, and the information they sent out beforehand was extremely comprehensive.

Pilgrimage to Passion Play.

McCabe gave fantastic service. Great transfers and excursions. Went above and beyond to ensure we had great time.

We went to see the Oberammergau Passion Play, an immensely powerful experience. Everyone who is able should go.

The programme was interesting but various little things detracted from the overall enjoyment.

Everything was perfectly planned but we were given sufficient free time to do things on our own. The guides were kind and considerate to the very varied group and were efficient and very knowledgeable. The accommodation was of a very high standard. Food was plenteous and delicious. Considering we were a large group the meals were very efficiently served.

Everything was very efficiently organised, which made the whole holiday totally stress free. The local guide in Fieberbrun was particularly noteworthy.

It was all they said it would be!

From the moment I met up with our tour guide everything was taken care of and I was able to relax and just enjoy my holiday. Hotels, food( especially top class catering for me as the only vegan) trips and the whole programme was excellent

I can honestly say that McCabe are the best tour operators I’ve ever booked with. They went above and beyond in every way to make sure everyone had the best experience possible. I’ve travelled all over the world and this holiday rates among the top 3. Outstanding and I’ll definitely be booking with them again

Have returned refreshed and renewed from Austria and Oberammergau.
