We had a 3-centre holiday in Brazil - 4 nights in Florianopolis, 4 nights in the Amazon and 4 nights in the Pantanal. We had been forced to postpone this trip for 2 years, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Journey Latin America are a company that we have used for many, many years, as we always receive the highest standard of service from them, both when booking the holiday and even during it if any problems arise. It is so reassuring to know that if things go wrong, their agents are literally at the end of a phone (or computer) and will do all they can to assist.

Journey Latin America worked with us to plan a tailored experience visiting Costa Rica, Colombia and Panama.

JLA tour was an exceptional experience. Our tour guide came along for the whole journey, taking all the hard work out of border crossing, where to eat, made excellent suggestions for where to go. The local guides were very knowledgeable and enormously helpful. We truly feel that we've got a flavour of Central America. It's not for the feint-hearted. But to give you an idea our group ranged from 22 years old to 80 years old. There is a great balance between organised tours, which you can join or not and free time to go adventuring on your own. You will see things that will remain with you forever. You will take photos that will remind you of your adventure!

JLA - know Central America, where to go, where to eat, what local attractions there are. They have a team of wonderful local guides, who put the icing on the cake.

We had a self guided tour around Costa Rica based on recommendations from Sophie at Journey Latin America. We didn’t know what to expect when we arrived at the airport but we were met by a driver and a list of timings for our itinerary. We just turned up in reception at our allotted time and there was either a driver to take us to the next place or a trip to go on. The recommendations of where to go and activities to do were all outstanding. We traversed the country seeing the most wonderful sights. We were so delighted with our holiday as too were our teenage children. Well done Journey Latin America.

3 weeks in Argentina and Chile - stunning

They organised everything and all went smoothly.

Visited Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Praia do Forte. Hotels and private tours. Fantastic experience. Hotels were excellent and well located, local guides were excellent and the private tours were great experiences and well worth doing to get the benefit of their knowledge of the locality.
