Excelent trip, very good guide

Very helpful

Our first visit to the country, visiting Buenos Aires, the glaciers in Patagonia, Bariloche and ending with a wi e tour around Mendoza (sourced separately through a London wine tour specialist we have used before) ,

From drawing up an itinerary through booking flights, transfers, hotels, just excellent. A most useful app too.

A very well organised trip to Costa Rica. Trip organised by JLA in the UK and backed up by superb ground staff in Costa Rica.

We were looked after very well by Lina Fuller. Her experience helped create a holiday that seemed slightly different to the other holiday makers that we met on our travels in Costa Rica.

We travelled through Patagonia and saw scenery and sites that we could not have imagined. The people and the variety made for an utterly memorable experience. It’s more than a holiday.

JLA made sure all that needed to happen did. And inevitable hiccups were sorted without fuss. Every location was of real interest and our dip into the Andes was fascinating.

We spent three weeks in South America, travelling from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, through El Calafate, El Chalten and the Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. We even managed a trip to Colonia in Uruguay. Sophie, our agent at JLA listened to our wishes and put together an excellent itinerary with just the right amount of time in each area. Our plans we almost disrupted by an airline national strike however Sophie was able to sort everything on our behalf and we were able to enjoy our holiday without any worries. Accommodation was very good and transfers and internal travel arrangements went without a hitch. A wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

6 countries in 3 weeks ? Easy with JLA and they throw in a couple of extra border crossings to give you more than 5 sets of passport stamps !

JLA goes for depth nog breadth - sticking to Central and South America rather than offering the whole world as too many of their peers do. . Keep it up !

We did a self drive in Ecuador and a cruise in the Galapagos. Every day was memorable. The whole holiday was well organised. All our daily information was clear and all our local guides were friendly, helpful and informative.

From the initial planning stage onwards the communication was good. The package they put together was excellent. All the accommodation was of a good standard. Local guides were very helpful. Everything went smoothly. We felt we were in safe hands.
