Delia Monk arranged a fabulous holiday for us to explore Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Each country was truely amazing for different reasons. Our highlights included - Foodie walking tour around the bustling streets of Hanoi, who would have though the local delight "egg coffee" could be so tasty! - Kayaking around Halong Bay and being fortunate enough to witness a spectacular sunset and sunrise - watching the monks receive their Alms in Luang Prabang - quad biking thought the countryside in Siem Reap - Siem Reap beautiful Temples, Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. Mind boggling to comprehend how old they are and how they were constructed! - being invited to join a local Cambodian wedding on Silk Island! The Cambodian people are so friendly and welcoming

We stayed in a 2 x bedroom apartment in Glitter Bay. As one of the older developments, it is not as "glitzy" as some, but is unrivalled for position being on a great beach with the added benefit of a communal swimming pool and a bar which serves lunch and snacks.

I discovered Fleewinter by accident whilst looking for accommodation in Barbados.I was very impressed with Simon who handled our booking, and have already recommended Simon and Fleewinter to friends and colleagues.Good local knowledge is of fundamental importance, and I felt that Fleewinter was very well equipped to deal with our questions and requests. Supported by an efficient local management team, our holiday experience was first class.

We were recommended Fleewinter by a friend after I tried to book a holiday on line myself. It was a disaster and I swore never to waste my time and money again and that is when we were recommended Fleewinter. We discussed all the places in Asia that we would like to go, worked out the best destinations for the time of year and selected Sri Lanka in December. Stayed in a beautiful villa on a gorgeous estuary and loved every minute. Moved on to Yala to see the Leopard which came out on the last day. Magnificent.

Fleewinter took time to find out about the family, what we liked and what would make for a successful trip. They delivered an action packed agenda and we came away feeling like we had packed in as much as possible but had not overdone it. The organisation, support and care were all exemplary. We are using them for our next holiday and have recommended them to anyone who wants to have an excellent holiday in Asia.

Superb in every way. Fleewinter are a very personal company who look at the small details and only recommend places they've experienced themselves. Perfect arrangements, using partners who provide professional services with a smile. We spent 2 nights in the Medina at Riad El Zohar, with amazing host and staff. Had a cookery lesson there involving an interesting trip to the souk. And then 3 nights at Villa Dinari about 20 minutes drive from there. This is the type of venue you don't want to share with other people! Suffice to say it is a haven. Just go!

Two weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia visiting Hanoi, Phu Quoc, Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Min City and Seim Reap. Very busy, active and interesting!

Fleewinter were excellent. They offer a very responsive and personalised service with very careful attention to detail. Two of my children suffer from nut allergies and they were very helpful in managing this with all the hotels, etc. They planned a very interesting itinerary with excellent guides and some fun activities such as cycling around the temples in Seim Reap and along the Mekong river.

We have dealt with you booking Morocco breaks, but on this occasion I hope you'll allow me to compliment you on your colleague Delia Monk. Just a few days ago I presented her with a request starting "I hope you like a challenge?" I then went on to give her a list of desires and physical restrictions that could honestly have been used for training purposes for an M.A in Travel Agency!! I can't travel sitting up for longer than 2 hours, have dietary requirements, can't get up until 11am and can only tolerate a certain temperature range ....... And yet I want to go EVERYWHERE and do ALL the tours suggested. A potential nightmare. Delia has swept through the administration with incredible proficiency and good humour. I have felt valued and reasonable; not the difficult set of requirements I undoubtedly am. One minute Delia was planning for a New year break which I wanted to book with little or no notice; the next it had to be three weeks before Xmas and accommodation was booking up fast. I was worried - Delia made reservations by return and I worked out that it was 11.45pm where she was (oh yes, all this completed whilst on location in Burma). Delia's service has been above and beyond the call of duty, please pass on my grateful thanks to her. Her knowledge of the area, accommodation and possible itineraries is encyclopaedic. I am a delighted customer and will be writing holiday reviews on my return. Your company has always provided excellent holidays. I have just lost my "Travel Counsellor" and in future will be exclusively booking through yourselves. If you don't go there, we're not going! THE MAIL ABOVE WAS SENT BY ME BEFORE LEAVING - A FANTASTIC SERVICE AND THE HOLIDAY LIVED UP TO EXPECTATIONS TOO. WILL BE REBOOKING NEXT YEAR WITHOUT A DOUBT!

We loved the variety achievable in a relatively short space of time. Almost like 4 separate holidays in 12 days! City life in Hanoi, two nights in the spectacular scenery of Halong Bay, a couple of days in the remote countryside around Mai Chau then three days relaxing on a pristine tropical beach on the island of Phu Qhoc. A truly memorable and wonderful holiday.
