We had a wonderful time in Sri Lanka. It was a great mix of adventure, cultural experiences and relaxation.

Fleewinter was a pleasure to deal with. They gave us good options, took care of everything and were on hand to answer all our queries.

Peaceful. Stunning. A haven. I was seeking peace and a place to run and walk, in beautiful surroundings. My four days in Slovenia surpassed my expectations. The hotel was extremely relaxing - Sunrose 7 in Bohinj.

Ash organised everything to perfection. Flee Winter always listen to exactly what you are seeking and come back with the ideal suggestion. Ash is always on hand and treats you as if you are her only client. I would absolutely recommend her - and do! Superb at her job!

Our recent holiday to Croatia was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt warmly welcomed. The suite we stayed in exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and wonderful views. The food was delectable, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay. Every aspect of our holiday was carefully curated to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway.

Our tour operator played a crucial role in marking our holiday seamless and enjoyable. Ash took care of every detail, from arranging flights from our preferred airport to organising a private transfer that met all our specifications. The attention to detail and commitment to fulfilling all our requests were commendable. We were extremely pleased with the tour operator's service and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Croatia.

A wonderful adventurous holiday seeing Borneo’s wildlife, we feel very privileged indeed to have been able to experience this wonderful country, its warm people and of course wildlife at its best. A lifelong dream.

Wonderful. Very responsive and listened to what we were hoping to experience. Marbree put together our itinerary in a short timescale that fitted our purpose.

I traveled with my niece in Morocco and Turkey for about 40 days this year. Morocco was a bucket list destination for me and someplace my niece had only dreamt about. We spent about 26 days in country and really covered all the main places and a lot of off the beten track destinations as well. The second part of our trip was to Turkey which i had visited 20 years previous but again my neice had never seen. Her bucket list included Capadocia and what an amazing place that turned out to be. I have traveled extensively and i can say this was the best trip i have ever ben on. i was reluctant to use Fleewinter (or any other agent) because i didn't know them or have a referal, but their reviews were great and i checked them out on AITO and that gave me some comfort. Now i can say that they were AMAZING! I have two upcoming trips that i am working with them currently and can't wait to see what they come up with for me.

if i could i would give 10 stars!!! What an amazing group of people to work with!! I contacted several travel agents to discuss my plans for a 45 day trip to Morocco and Turkey and from my initial phone meeting with the two representatives from Fleewinter, i knew this was the company i wanted to work with. They took their time to understand not only what i wanted to see but how i like to travel, what i like and don't like, and what my experiences, good and bad, have been on previous trips. They went out of their way to curate a plan for me and my niece who was traveling with me to insure that we would be amazed from day to day. The planning and documentation was far beyond anything i have experienced in the past and the service and support from their local managers on the ground in country, local guides, greeters and drivers was well beyond my expectation. We had one small miscommunication, my fault for not reading the itinerary closely, about a day trip on a boat that i thought was a private boat but was booked as a shared experience. i reached out to my main Fleewinter contact and expressed concern and within a half hour a speed boat showed up to take us off the boat and the next we had the same boat booked for a private tour. The hotels we stayed in on this adventure were so cool and prior to contacting engaging with Fleewinter i researched accommodations on Hotels.Com and Expedia.Com. There was NOTHING available on these websites that was anything like the places that were recommended by Fleewinter for our trip. All the hotels, B&B's and Riads were nothing less than AMAZING. I don't post reviews very often, but i know how hard it is to trust a family vacation to someone you don't know and to spend a large amount of money that you have never met. To that end i hope this review helps provide some level of comfort to anyone that reads this. Fleewinter is the REAL DEAL and their service is without compare. Madeira is an exceptional place to visit and our hotel Quinta Da Casa Blanca is a hidden gem. Start to finish we enjoyed every minute of our time and will definitely be going back again.
