A wonderful adventurous holiday seeing Borneo’s wildlife, we feel very privileged indeed to have been able to experience this wonderful country, its warm people and of course wildlife at its best. A lifelong dream.

Wonderful. Very responsive and listened to what we were hoping to experience. Marbree put together our itinerary in a short timescale that fitted our purpose.

I traveled with my niece in Morocco and Turkey for about 40 days this year. Morocco was a bucket list destination for me and someplace my niece had only dreamt about. We spent about 26 days in country and really covered all the main places and a lot of off the beten track destinations as well. The second part of our trip was to Turkey which i had visited 20 years previous but again my neice had never seen. Her bucket list included Capadocia and what an amazing place that turned out to be. I have traveled extensively and i can say this was the best trip i have ever ben on. i was reluctant to use Fleewinter (or any other agent) because i didn't know them or have a referal, but their reviews were great and i checked them out on AITO and that gave me some comfort. Now i can say that they were AMAZING! I have two upcoming trips that i am working with them currently and can't wait to see what they come up with for me.

if i could i would give 10 stars!!! What an amazing group of people to work with!! I contacted several travel agents to discuss my plans for a 45 day trip to Morocco and Turkey and from my initial phone meeting with the two representatives from Fleewinter, i knew this was the company i wanted to work with. They took their time to understand not only what i wanted to see but how i like to travel, what i like and don't like, and what my experiences, good and bad, have been on previous trips. They went out of their way to curate a plan for me and my niece who was traveling with me to insure that we would be amazed from day to day. The planning and documentation was far beyond anything i have experienced in the past and the service and support from their local managers on the ground in country, local guides, greeters and drivers was well beyond my expectation. We had one small miscommunication, my fault for not reading the itinerary closely, about a day trip on a boat that i thought was a private boat but was booked as a shared experience. i reached out to my main Fleewinter contact and expressed concern and within a half hour a speed boat showed up to take us off the boat and the next we had the same boat booked for a private tour. The hotels we stayed in on this adventure were so cool and prior to contacting engaging with Fleewinter i researched accommodations on Hotels.Com and Expedia.Com. There was NOTHING available on these websites that was anything like the places that were recommended by Fleewinter for our trip. All the hotels, B&B's and Riads were nothing less than AMAZING. I don't post reviews very often, but i know how hard it is to trust a family vacation to someone you don't know and to spend a large amount of money that you have never met. To that end i hope this review helps provide some level of comfort to anyone that reads this. Fleewinter is the REAL DEAL and their service is without compare. Madeira is an exceptional place to visit and our hotel Quinta Da Casa Blanca is a hidden gem. Start to finish we enjoyed every minute of our time and will definitely be going back again.

We were looking for a 5-day break in the sun, somewhere to relax and re-charge: Fleewinter had emailed us with an offer to stay at Kasbah d'Eau - a boutique hotel on the beach at Sidi Kaiouki (10 miles just outside Essaouira). We stayed in a spacious suite at the newly built hotel, with amazing mountain and beach views. We could swim in the infinity pool, or take a short walk across the road to the beach for a swim in the sea. There is plenty to do there, from wind- and kite-surfing, horse riding, quad biking, camel riding, or just peaceful walks along the amazing long sandy beach. It's a very safe and relaxing environment no matter what you choose to do during your stay there. Sidi Kaouki has a number of hotel restaurants serving delicious fresh dishes and there beachside cafes for light lunches and refreshments, so a perfect location while relaxing during the day. Essaouira also has wonderful restaurants and is only a short taxi ride away. We ate at Caravan Cafe and Cosmo - great cuisine not to be missed! We flew BA from Gatwick into Marrakech and arranged a private transfer to the hotel via Fleewinter, as well as a return transfer back to the airport at the end of the stay. Our whole trip was very relaxed - and the weather, climate, local people (and Fleewinter) all combined to make the perfect chill-out break for us both.

This is the fourth time that we have travelled to Morocco with Fleewinter (we 'discovered' them in 2015) and their staff and consultants provide a first-class end-to-end service which we feel is always value for money. In 2022 we travelled with them for a month-long trip to Costa Rica and they have arranged a far eastern experience for November this year to take us on a 26-day trip to Vietnam. I can't thank them enough for the efficient and professional way that they have managed our holiday arrangements and we are always more that happy to refer them to work colleagues and close friends.

A highly personal tailored service at the planning stage and great support during the trip which proceeded flawlessly. It was like having you own virtual personal butler taking care of things each day and staying in touch throughout. She was terrific from first contact right through to return home.

Fleewinter provided us with a tailor made itinerary and kept us well informed about arrangements and timings.

Family holiday to Borneo - fabulous jungle lodges, river cruises, tours & hikes to see a phenomenal about of wildlife, including the big 5 within the first 2 days, escorted by wonderful guides & ending in the Gaya Resort where we chilled, Kayaked & went diving.

We booked through Fleewinter - Marbree was our advisor/ agent - she was very knowledgeable, patient - able to give sound advice & suggestions. She put together a fantastic holiday with great attention to detail.
