A life changing and remarkable holiday from Fleewinter as always

As retired people it is wonderful to be able to experience the world as adventurers .... feeling totally "David Attenborough" by day and then retiring to an inexpensive but 5* hotel at night. The trekking in Sapa was out of this world and most of my 150 Facebook followers are now looking into similar trips. To visit such and isolated area and experience such luxurious accommodation after a days walking was bliss. The holiday was almost ...

The trekking in Sapa was out of this world and most of my 150 Facebook followers are now looking into similar trips. To visit such and isolated area and experience such luxurious accommodation after a days walking was bliss. The holiday was almost completely smooth running. When a sea-plane could not fly due to a storm our agent Fleewinter telephoned and wrote to let us know, only after putting alternative transportation in place. We felt as though we were entirely 'mothered' whenever it was required (but only when it was required). Remarkable holiday with stress free adventures in an exciting country. I would recommend highly to anyone and will be travelling with these people again at the end of the year.

Expertly crafted itinerary

Just returned from 2 weeks in Vietnam organised by Fleewinter. Their knowledge of the country and their bespoke approach were ideally suited for our family, as we needed to cater for a 6 year old and a 14 year old, but still wanted an authentic experience. We travelled internally from Hanoi to Halong Bay for an overnight on a boat. Then has a week on a beach at Hoi An, followed by a few days of sightseeing in HCMC.

The itinerary we ended up with, advised by Fleewinter, was a perfect balance of culture, history and leisure. The local tour guides we had were lovely - friendly and really knowledgeable. All our internal travel arrangements and tours ran like clockwork. Accommodation booked for us was outstanding and they clearly know the hotels well and know which rooms to book. The local partners they work with are also very well chosen and reflect well on them. We would definitely use them again!

Vietnam - A brilliant, action packed tour of the North taking in the sights, sounds, delightful people and experiences.

Fleewinter arranged an 11 night trip taking in Hanoi, Mai Chau, Halong Bay and Hoi an. Hanoi is stimulation overload on the senses and we had a beautiful and friendly hotel in a great location for our family of 4. The Eco Lodge in Mai Chau was a fantastic experience and our guide for the trip made sure we got involved with everything. Halong Bay is stunning, our boat for the 2 night trip was very comfortable. Hoi An is beautiful and explodes into light with lanterns in the evenings. Definitely a contender for the best holiday ever and thanks to Fleewinter for tailoring the trip to our requirements and budget.

Rating for tour operator:

Delia at Fleewinter provided an outline of a trip to Vietnam for the time that we had available and then tailored it to our specific needs, sourcing superb accommodation for the parents and 2 children. The recommendation to have a guide and take tours made a massive difference and we packed a lot in to a relatively short time frame. We will definitely be doing another trip to see the South of Vietnam in the future with Fleewinter.

Brilliant 2 centre holiday in Morocco organised perfectly by Fleewinter

Daughter and I flew independently with EasyJet from Luton to Essaouira and hired car with Europcar for 11 days. Stayed in marvellous Rebaldi Riads owned and operated by Fleewinter. Fabulous site managed by Mohammed and Fatima with great staff. Truly lovely site and only 15 minutes from airport and 30 minutes from the pretty town of Essaouira. After a week we transferred by car to Kasbah Angour in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains outside Marrakech. 4 nights in wonderful setting with individual rooms around splendid gardens and pool with snow covered mountains as backdrop. Stunning! 40 minutes to mountains or Marrakesh. Flew home independently by Ryanair from Marrakech to Stansted. Highly recommend Fleewinter for a great holiday arranger and provider.

Rebali Riads are an excellent beach choice

Rebali Riads in a village location on the Moroccan Atlantic coast tick all the boxes: great location, top quality and the best service I have received anywhere.
