I travelled with Wilderness Scotland to Mull, Staffa and Iona where we walked in various places looking at all kinds of wildlife

I have travelled with Wilderness Scotland several times. I enjoy travelling with a small group of people and a guide. The guides are always knowledgeable and experienced. They tailor walks and trips to fit the particular interests of the group. We always have excellent accommodation and food.

Appreciated how organized Wilderness Scotland is. Quick and thorough responses through email. Everything ran like clock work from meeting at the train station to drop off. The guides were on point. Could not have asked for two better individuals lead us. Accommodations and food were really good. All in all, I would book again through their company.

A six day tour through the isle of Skye, hiking various terrain and trails. Accommodations were at Airbnb's and hotels, which were clean and comfortable. Everything went according to plan, the weather was great, and the tour operator, Ray, had a bottomless knowledge of the history, folklore, and landscape of the area. Two thumbs up.

Although our tour operator, Ray, was English, he had a wealth of knowledge of the Scottish people, customs, history, and folklore. He kept an eye on all of us as we hiked the different terrain, and always had a Plan B in case the weather got bad, or the group was getting tired.

We spent a beautiful 6 day’s cycling on Arran, Islay, and Jura and a wee bit of Scotch drinking at Laphraoig

Great scenery, wonderful leaders, organized, prompt, fun, good company, great accommodation and food, lots of laughs, great cycling, lots of hills, quiet roads with no traffic, personal attention

When ever we made an inquiry over the phone, we received a live person to talk to, our we quickly received a call back. Maps and GPS computers provided were good, and helped with tour navigation. I hadn't used a GPS computer before, and would consider buying one for myself. Everything was as expected from the company.

We cycled from the Island of Barra to the Butt of Lewis - the entire island + some cool spots along the way. We were a group of 8 cyclists, with two tour guides.

Wilderness Scotland did a fantastic job from start to finish. We felt comfortable and supported the entire way, and we really enjoyed the cycling experience and group dynamics!

We hiked the Isle of Skye for a week. We love doing small group adventures and this one filled the bill. We had beautiful weather, good group dynamics and an excellent guide.

Astrid was conscious of everyone’s ability in her group. She made sure to interact with all members of the group. She was personable, fun, and knowledgeable.

I’m 76 and need some support and backup when exploring wilderness areas especially by bike albeit an electric pedal assisted bike. ‘ Wilderness Scotland’ provided a five star experience, one which I hope to repeat regularly.

Nothing was too much trouble for our two enthusiastic guides.

7 days and 6 nights spent touring the Isle of Skye in all its glories. Our small group of 8 was a perfect size and we were fortunate as our group got along well with similar abilities and goals. Many of the hikes were challenging, but led to spectacular scenery. We even had unexpected outstanding weather.

Wilderness scotland is an excellent tour operator. Things were well organized. Excellent accommodations and food.
