We travelled from London Heathrow as a family of 4 to Washington DC had 3 nights there then went by train to Philadelphia where we stayed one night. We then went by train to New York and stayed for 4 nights. Next was a flight to Toronto where we stayed 2 nights. Followed by our own arrangements with family and finally spending our last night in Niagra falls. Amazing time was had by all including my 16 year old daughter and 13 year old son.

Really helpful and very informative would recommend to anyone.

To use local parlance this holiday was awesome! The accommodation was good and the scenery magnificent in the Utah national parks.

All worked seamlessly. vacations to America listened to our wishes and devised a route for us.

Holiday was spoilt by the Airline Delays, going out. There was a two and half hour delay leaving Manchester and it wasnt even mentioned when we checked in, didnt realise until we went through security. This made us miss our connection and not only that,the later connection was delayed and when we finally boarded we got as far as runway and had to turn back to terminal and deplane due to technical problem. New plane found hour later and we left eventually for Wilmington. Once we arrived and got settled the holiday turned out to be great. We did have to move from the Lodge that we were allocated as it was dirty, dark and unacceptable. New lodge was very good, the location was excellent, just across the road from Bare Foot Landing, you didnt need to take the car if you wanted a drink. Ocean Creel Resort was new to us as we usually stay at Kingston Plantation, the later has the edge with those little extras. You get what you pay for!

Nan went to great lengths to get us want we wanted, getting us the best flights with good connections, that we thought would have been straight forward. Obviously. not her fault that it all went wrong with the Airlines. She also arranged the alternative accommodation, at our request, which is not one of their usual Resorts, we were trying to stick to a budget. The car hire arranged by Nan was perfect, great car, no worries about us arriving late. Lovely person to deal with nothing to much trouble.

Following a wedding in DC, we flew to Vegas where we spent a couple of nights before driving to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon, Sedona and Scottsdale before flying home from Phoenix.

A seemless well planned holiday that covered all we wanted to do. There were no issues and nothing to complain about. Excellent service

We hired a car and drove from Las Vegas to the following national parks: Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, Monument Valley, Mesa Verde, Canyon de Chelley, Sedona and Phoenix.

This is the fourth time we have used this tour operator and have found their attention to detail is excellent. The service is tailored to our requirements and nothing is too much trouble for the team. The information that is provided is of a very high standard and have no hesitation in recommending the company to other travellers. We used this company the first time we visited the USA. We are currently planning our next holiday and will go back to this company to book future visits to the USA.
