Holiday Feedback They rated their holiday as: Excellent Excellent Well planned and organised with a full family friendly itinerary to explore the delights of Ruka, the snow and of course meeting the big fellow himself -Santa . . Everybody polite - professional and family friendly , if you want something a bit quieter away from the crowds with excellent facilities and the natural beauty of the forests and snow, this is the place to be . The Ski facilities were excellent as was the taster ski lesson we booked. Our Santa experience was very traditional (no Santa parks) , family orientated , relaxed and friendly . We met Santa at his home , in his front room. Our group was small with six children who along with the adults had open access to Santa , Mrs Clause and Elves for 4 hrs - pure delight . The children throughly enjoyed baking with Mrs Clause, making a card, learning to sing a Carol in Finnish , as well as chatting to Santa about their Christmas lists. The evening meal was pitched just right , enough interest for adults but simple enough for children -delicious. The Experience is Perfect for ages 3-10yrs . We have had a very special 4 days , so many highlights and wonderful memories . Perfect way to start Christmas and feel the true Christmas spirit . Company

Excellent on all levels ranging from organising our itinerary, accommodation , travel connections to the clothing required . Very professional and friendly . Staff described the holiday experience from personal experience and gave us time to consider the advice given . Pre travelling we loved the letter sent to the children from the Elves inviting them to meet Santa , it really set the scene for us. All Staff entered into the Christmas fun and we were well cared for and supported throughout the holiday by both Ski-Landland UK as well as by very knowledgable Reps and Activity Leaders in Finland. We appreciated the support given when our flight was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. We would book with ski Lapland again and throughly recommend .

Skiing trip to Trysil, Norway, for 1 week over the Christmas period. Flew LHR to Oslo.

Ski Norway provided a really high level of service from the point of booking to when we were on our holiday. The rep Rob was on hand to support us and answer any questions.

Had fun meeting the Santa in the Arctic Circle. Reindeer ride was pleasant. Skiing is beginner or early intermediate level.

Cost the same as booking myself, with good advice and pre-booked seats on the flight. Much better than I could have done myself.

Our two boys could not have had a better holiday. So many new thinks to do that were really well organised

Ski Lapland provided and excellent service throughout the whole holiday right through from the Vamoos app through till we left Finland

Visiting Norway in April was perfect. Able to enjoy sunny weather in Oslo, perfect snow for skiing in Trysil, and warm enough to enjoy the fjords in Bergen. Would strongly recommend to any family or group that wants to combine skiing, nature and culture.

SkiNorway were excellent. Everything sorted out and went smoothly. Would use them again without hesitation.

Friendly, not pushy and experts in their field

A fantastic holiday in Trysil staying at the Radisson Blu Mountain Resort. A very convenient location for beginner/intermediate skiers with everything on site. Using the Ski-Norway exclusive ski school lessons were in small groups starting right outside the locker room. The hotel is remote, but it is peaceful and a free bus takes you to the other centres if you don't want to ski or walk.

From making the first enquiry through to arriving in the Resort, Ski-Norway could not have been more helpful. Hannah, the Resort rep was always around if you had questions both before we arrived and while we were there. Other members of the team were available too and always prompt replying to queries. Would highly recommend using this company and their services.

The holday was excellent. The organisation was great from the moment of booking until the end of the holiday. I can't rate them enough. The flight, bus transfer, hotel was all excellent. When we got on the bus, we got our ski passes...etc. At the hotel, radisson blu mountain resort, we checked in straight away, got a ski locker and were able to get skis for the kids without any fuss. I especially like to say thanks to Hannah, Megan and the ladies at thekids club. They were excellent. The kids loved them and they really put us all at ease. The ski classes were fantastic and onthe last 2 days we did some skiing with our 4 and 6 year old...who loved every minute. We all want to go back next year. The hotel was great, clean and delicious food.

Ski Norway was excellent. Can't rate them enough. Hannah and especially Megan were great.
