We had such a great time in 2017 that we back in 2018. It is such a magical place and the people are really friendly.

We have travelled with Ski Norway and Ski Lapland many times and always had a brilliant time. Quite honestly would not go to Scandinavia with anyone else. The resort staff are excellent and it it always nice to see the same faces.

Lots to do and see in Lapland, recommend for families who like to ski but also do other things

A stunning setting. Lovely staff. Basic but comfy rooms. Warm and clean. Activities are a little pricey...snowmobiles are best for price. Information about Northern Ligh visability would be useful. There is no alarm system for this. Or tap at the door.

This was a week of cross country skiing in Ruka in January 2018. One week is not enough as there is so much skiing here, with well prepared tracks and some lit for night skiing. I also added some extra activities that skilapland organised for me, dog sledding, night ride on snow cats and half day ice climbing, all went like clockwork, excellent activity providers a really good experience all round very professionally done. Really nice accommodation at the Ski-inn apartments, big rooms with own kitchen,sauna,bathroom and balcony, modern,stylish,practical and very comfortable. Also a really good choice for the breakfast buffet.

Once again the Skilapland team really did a good job of organising my holiday from start to finish, from pick up at the airport to being dropped back off everything worked really well was super efficient, i cannot find any fault with any part of my holiday and cant recommend Skilapland to take care of your trip more highly.

The holiday met our needs (snow surety, value for money and something different) while exceeding expectations (hotel's beautiful luxury spa, fresh powder every other day and very caring, high quality in-resort reps). All 5 family members loved the experience and there was plenty of skiing to keep everyone from off piste to snow plough fully occupied for the week. The husky dog sledding was icing on the cake, and the snow sparkled like frosting. All truly delicious!

skiNorway were responsive and knowledgeable about our options and quoted competitively and promptly. The pre-holiday services were thoughtful and well-tailored (husky sledding, dinner booking, lesson booking for three children etc). Nothing goes perfectly and our transfer home went awry, but skiNorway responded immediately to sort it out. I couldn't fault them and would heartily recommend them.

Holiday Feedback They rated their holiday as: Excellent Excellent Well planned and organised with a full family friendly itinerary to explore the delights of Ruka, the snow and of course meeting the big fellow himself -Santa . . Everybody polite - professional and family friendly , if you want something a bit quieter away from the crowds with excellent facilities and the natural beauty of the forests and snow, this is the place to be . The Ski facilities were excellent as was the taster ski lesson we booked. Our Santa experience was very traditional (no Santa parks) , family orientated , relaxed and friendly . We met Santa at his home , in his front room. Our group was small with six children who along with the adults had open access to Santa , Mrs Clause and Elves for 4 hrs - pure delight . The children throughly enjoyed baking with Mrs Clause, making a card, learning to sing a Carol in Finnish , as well as chatting to Santa about their Christmas lists. The evening meal was pitched just right , enough interest for adults but simple enough for children -delicious. The Experience is Perfect for ages 3-10yrs . We have had a very special 4 days , so many highlights and wonderful memories . Perfect way to start Christmas and feel the true Christmas spirit . Company

Excellent on all levels ranging from organising our itinerary, accommodation , travel connections to the clothing required . Very professional and friendly . Staff described the holiday experience from personal experience and gave us time to consider the advice given . Pre travelling we loved the letter sent to the children from the Elves inviting them to meet Santa , it really set the scene for us. All Staff entered into the Christmas fun and we were well cared for and supported throughout the holiday by both Ski-Landland UK as well as by very knowledgable Reps and Activity Leaders in Finland. We appreciated the support given when our flight was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. We would book with ski Lapland again and throughly recommend .

Skiing trip to Trysil, Norway, for 1 week over the Christmas period. Flew LHR to Oslo.
