From the very beginning until the end the service and attention to detail was exceptional - far and away the best ski service we have used.

Friendly, courteous and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

PTSki are quite unique, because as they are a small tour operator, they give their clients a very personal service. James and Sos, who own it, try to ski with everyone and their reps, who piste host, are more like friends than staff. We were greeted at Zurich airport by smiley reps and driven the hour and forty minute's journey to Klosters. Small detail, but in the van were baskets of healthy snacks, which the children seized upon with delight. At our hotel we were given our ski passes and a bag of goodies, which included lip salve, playing cards, hand warmers and other useful things for our holiday, then accompanied to hire our skis and boots. My husband doesn't ski, so it was lovely to be able to join a group and not to have to ski on my own, while the children were taken care of in the various kid's groups. PTski booked our restaurants, organised our transport and entertained the children beautifully. There was no stress, just fun and the desire to come back and do it all again as soon as possible.

James and Sos Palmer-Tomkinson, who own PTSki, are efficient, smiley, friendly and fun. Their reps feel more like friends than staff. James and Sos run a very tight operation - helped I'm sure by the fact that many of the reps are ex military. James's love of the mountains is infectious and he wants everyone to love Klosters as much as he does. He adores skiing with children and introducing them to the joys of skiing in all weathers and all conditions, and makes even the dullest cloudy day full of sunshine. Sos is brilliant not only on the mountain with clients, but taking those who don't ski for walks. My husband doesn't ski and he was very entertained going for walks, coffees at the top, and a girlfriend of mine who doesn't ski spent a lot of time in the spa and took the train to St Moritz to shop. PTSki looks after skiers and non-skiers alike - it's a family holiday and they make sure every member is happy.

I was there for the Parsenn Derby race. All accommodation and transfers fully met my expectations. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. An excellent four days.

Expert piste hosting when the fog came in/ visibility was impaired took the fear out of skiing, meanwhile the attention to all our family's needs in the resort was hugely enjoyed. Thank you.
