My husband, two young sons and I travelled to Tenerife for 7 days staying at the Roco Nivaria. From the moment we were met at airport on landing until being taken through departures we were extremely well looked after. The hotel was fabulous, very friendly, clean, comfortable and ideally suited for our needs.

Would certainly use Prestige Holidays again. Our rep met us when we landed and greeted us at the airport on leaving. We were given contact details should we need anything and weren't put under any pressure to do anything. Lovely rep!

The transfer from the airport was good. Check in was also good. The staff were very informative and polite. The room we stayed in (classic) was smallish but more than adequate. The pools were lovely. Quite busy but as there are many weddings at the hotel, that's understandable. We were there for a wedding and it was a superb location. lots of variety of food for breakfast. Lunches were a little expensive and not much variety, but once again the location was excellent.

After 9 months of holding our deposit we were informed that the holiday to Iran would not take place. Not a penny of compensation was offered or an offer to pay any interest on the £1400 they had held for that period. No mention was made in their T&Cs of their liability should a holiday be cancelled. I would certainly not consider booking with them again.

I consider the way we were treated by Prestige Holidays to fall very short of what one would expect of a competent tour operator. The date I have provided is that date on which the deposit was taken.

We went to Sark in the Channel Islands to see where my husband's ancestors had been mining on Little Sark in 1830/40's. We stayed at Stocks Hotel which was super - very comfortable and excellent food with willing staff. The package was booked with Prestige Holidays and all the travel arrangements went smoothly. Horse and cart transfer from boat to hotel- lovely. If you want peace and quiet and scenic walks with uncrowded beaches Sark is ideal. Plenty of places for cream teas too. The gardens of the Seigneurie looked superb - so many flowers.

Prestige took care of everything to ensure we had an idyllic holiday. The hotel was exactly as described in the brochure and could not be faulted.

Travelling to Madeira for the first time. Superb accommodation, exhilarating tour in the mountains including snow in May. Wonderful walking. Plentiful food. History of the island its inhabitants and buildings a great learning curve. Each and every garden we visited had something new to view.. Most important the people of Funchal were warm and engaging were proud of their Island but equally wanted to hear about us and where we came from in the UK.

From beginning to end a thoroughly professional service all conducted via email and 'phone.

Prestige sourced two lovely hotels in Kotor (the Monte Cristo) and Dubrovnik (Hotel Zagreb) which were well placed to help us make the most of our short stays.

They listened to what we wanted, answered all our queries thoroughly and provided an efficient and friendly service. Their advice on itinerary and hotels was invaluable in helping us plan our holiday. We would recommend them to anyone.

A great time sightseeing and walking the Funchal area of the island made more enjoyable with good weather, good food and friendly locals.
