My husband & l had planned a relaxing holiday in Funchal but unfortunately he was not well from the day we arrived. The Hotel was very supportive & helpful and could not have done any more for us to make our 10 days as restful as possible

Our Holiday Rep = Isabel Faria = was absolutely fantastic in helping us get medical help three times, to take me to & from hospital to see my husband, act as translator between me & hospital so nothing was "lost in translation", to comfort & support me, to make sense of all the paperwork, making sure we checked in OK at Airport. She worked above & beyond any "9 to 5" hours. We cannot thank Isabel enough for making a nightmare situation so much easier to cope with. We would also like to mention Davina Spencer, Prestige in UK who very patiently rebooked our BA flights home twice due to changing circumstances.

HOLIDAY We had a wonderful and relaxing 10 day holiday in the Algarve. The Holiday Inn in Armacao de Pera met our expectations in its location and service. Staff were very friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and with great views over the sea. We were on half board and the meals were of a good quality, with plenty of choice. There was also a good selection of cafes and bars within walking distance. The hotel has a Customer Relations Manager who was very friendly and informative, also assisting us with checking in for our return journey to the UK. We enjoyed every moment and are seriously considering returning next year.

TOUR OPERATOR Prestige and Haslemere Travel made sure everything ran smoothly. The transfers to and from the airport were prompt and friendly in comfortable cars. Gemma at Haslemere Travel provided a well organised and friendly service, answering every query however small. All boxes were ticked! Would strongly recommend the tour operator to other people.

A late-Feb week in Madeira in a small hotel in easy reach of Funchal centre & waterfront and lots of good eateries close by. Hotel very comfortable, spacious room.

After initial problem with first-choice hotel becoming unavailable, second choice turned out to be a better bet than first!

The Casa Ducales at Bahia del Ducque exceeded expectation in its ambience and surroundings. We enjoyed every moment. The hotel and service were truly wonderful and we shall return next year!

The tour operators were excellent, welcoming and cheerful and really exceeded expectations to help us when a member of the party needed to visit the local hospital - and waited with us to translate and help return us to the resort afterwards. Truly kind and exceptional assistance.

A lovely relaxing .10 days spent at the Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort. The resort was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and informative. We stayed in the Adults Only area and were really pleased with the accommodation and the Pool. The flight out with TUI was on time and comfortable as was the return journey despite the efforts of Storm Dennis. A lovely place to stay and we are definitely thinking of a return trip later in the year.

The service provided by Prestige Holidays through our travel agent, Saville Travel, was excellent and documentation was provided with ample time to make any alterations if required. We had no need to make any alterations.

We had a wonderful holiday in La Gomera. Prestige Holidays made sure that everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. The parador was fantastic, room, great views over the sea, good pool, lush garden. The island offered all we could wish for: great walks in the mountain with spectacular scenery, good beaches for swimming, lovely villages with little restaurants and bars with good local atmosphere, no big crowds. Perfect!

Prestige holidays gave us very good information before our holiday. The representative welcomed us when we arrived and explained the transfer. During our stay she also kept in touch and was available 24/7. we had a couple of hours wait before our ferry from Teneriffe, and we were taken to a lovely hotel where we could relax by the pool or wander in the town. Every detail was well thought out. We will definitely book again.

Brilliant from start to finish-1st trip abroad in nearly 40 years so needed to make it memorable and it didn't disappoint-Hotel-Radisson Blu-magnificent-views stunning and beaches glorious.Prestige sorted everything and all went without a hitch.
