This holiday package combines a visit to the spectacular High Atlas Mountains of Morocco with a stay in the exotic city of Marrakech, the fabled red city, which has been a magnet for travellers for centuries.
After arrival, you will spend one day in a traditional Riad in Marrakech, and the next day, you will embark on an unforgettable 3-day trek in the High Atlas Mountains. You will pass through traditional Berber villages with a local guide who will immerse you in the local culture amid the mountain's majesty.

Morocco has a unique cuisine and goes a lot deeper than the tagine..there are exquisite pastries and vegetable salads. Enrolling at a cookery school is unnecessary to understand the important aspects of Moroccan cuisine -it is about meeting the people and cooking and eating together as family or as friends.
For a first visit to Morocco the combination of the beautiful coastal town of Essaouira and the vibrant souks of Marrakech is a perfect introduction. We'd also recommend including a day in the Atlas Mountains.
While in Marrakech for a short city break, it's definitely worth taking a trip to the town of Imlil to immerse yourself in the beauty of the local nature and spend time in the charming Berber village.
