We spent 10 days in Mauritius

They were responsive, considerate and keen to secure us what we wanted, while also sharing advice on options, considerations, etc. They also went far above and beyond expectations in helping us to find emergency dog boarding when our usual person was suddenly unable to accommodate us! Their attention to detail around providing us with all the paperwork, information and key action points in the lead up to our trip was also excellent, and very helpful to me as I was away with work for the busiest week of the year. While we were away, we had a health issue which required a little support - once again, they were super-responsive and helpful, which is invaluable when you're abroad and something goes wrong. Since we have been back, they have been in touch to ask how our holiday was.

We had an excellent stay at the Al Bustan in Muscat. We enjoyed the diving that Bushbaby helped us organise and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations.

Bushbaby was amazing in organising this holiday for us and accommodating last minute changes to our travel plans. they truly went above and beyond in assisting us. Would highly recommend.

Everything was amazing and in many cases new to us. The warmth and generosity of the people. The very good food - everywhere we went. The cultural conditions that ensure everything works so well. The street fashion. high quality design and excitement of discovering new neighbourhoods. The history and the natural environment were stunning. The costs where not as high as we thought they would be.

They did everything extremely well. From the planning and prep before the trip to the organisation in the country and the communication during the trip when needed. The guides were all of a very high standard and everything worked as per our plan when we were in the country. They made the quite complicated a lot simpler for us to manage.

We had a wonderful time. Two weeks away but it felt like longer in a good way! Three mini holidays within the trip - Cape Town, Safari and then a week on the beach. Wonderful!

We haven't used such a personal operator before but will definitely be doing this again. Our holiday felt individual with all the extra little bits added. Really easy to communicate - always happy to respond to my questions. Very knowledgable - you realised they have been there before and are giving their personal recommendations.

Excellent 3 night safari, 2 nights city break in Joburg and 7 nights on beach in Seychelles. Good accommodation, poor weather in Seychelles and very expensive to eat.

Very helpful and knowledgable about the area so able to put a ‘package’ together for us. All our trips have gone smoothly and we have had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend them .
