Three centre visit to South Africa. The Belmond Nelson in Cape Town was a wonderful colonial experience of excellent service and old world charm. A 3 day safari in Sanbona Reserve was the beyond our expectations and the highlight of the trip. We finishes with 3 final nights in Babylonstoren, full of experiences in wonderful gardens. If we were going again we would go a little earlier in the season, possibly, the end of February as our trip was slightly tainted by bad weather. Babylonstoren should also be seen as an experience rather than a luxury hotel.

We have just returned from the most wonderful 2 week trip around India. Our itinerary took us from the Golden Triangle in the North to the Kerela backwaters in the South. Bush Baby’s partners on the ground (and guides) were excellent and made sure we were well looked after. We didn’t have to think about anything! Highlights for us included seeing the Taj, the beauty and nature of Ranthambore National Park (and yes we saw tigers!) J and the lush landscape and backwaters of Kerela.

Bush Baby were very patient and accommodating with all my queries in the planning stage and helpfully guided us on what would work best for us during our 5 centre stay. Excellent advice and support.

After a few change of plans, and thanks to their great flexibility we started in Hanoi with a great guide and good cover of the city and Vietnam's history, followed by Halong Bay cruise , great experience. Spent some days in hoi ann , cook and bike activity. Flew to Siem Reap with a great coverage of the temples in a great location. Overall, all the activities were very well chosen and the guides went beyond their duty to create a great experience,

We did a three week trip to Sri Lanka, flying London to Colombo travelling down the west coast to Hikkaduwa, Weligama,, to the south coast Mawella, onto Yala National Park for fantastic safaris and then headed north to Ella, part train journey to Kandy, up to Sigiriya and then to Negombo. And Colombo to fly home, 8 hotel stays in some stunning hotels. An incredible trip seeing so much with a perfect combination of down time and exploring the cultural side of Sri Lanka. We fell in love with it.

We booked through Bushbaby who organised our hotel and driver, it was all organised very well, with a couple of tweaks whilst we were there depending on timing and how we felt. And Beyond were the local operator who organised our driver and trip there with Bush Baby, our driver was excellent and became a friend over the three weeks.

We had a brilliant time exploring Hanoi, Hoi An and Ho chi minh city. We also had some downtime relaxing on phu quoc island.

An incredible adventure cycling through Vietnam visiting Saigon, Hue, Hoi Ann, Hanoi. Such a beautiful friendly country with so much to offer.

Excellent! Japan is the most alluring and mystical country we've ever been to! Such a different culture - everything is CLEAN, everything WORKS, everything is ON-TIME and the people are delightful and can't do enough to help - even if they can't speak English...and why should they?!

They were a great help, taking our initial thoughts on where to go and what we wanted to see and helping to tweak it. Our ideas for the type of accommodation we wanted was listened to - and were all EXCELLENT. We didn't give much lead time in wanting to go to Japan - and despite it being an incredibly busy time and hotel availability being restricted - everything worked really, really well.

Spent 8 nights in Sri Lanka, 2 of these close to the airport and the remaining 6 split between Sirigiya (Jetwing Vil Uyana) and tea plantations (Tea Trails). Our Tour operator and their respective partner in Sri Lanka organised private car/driver, excellent accommodation and a number of experiences, all excellent. We then went on to the Maldives and stayed at Six Senses for 9 nights. Wildlife across both parts was fantastic. 6 days before we were due to fly out with Emirates the war with Iran erupted but together with the help of Bushbaby Travel we were able to change all flights to another operator and although there were a few issues with the flights/connections the holiday went ahead without any real interruption.

Personal service, highly efficient, always reacted to our needs when necessary, Abi and the team provide a really knowledgeable and proactive service and are able to comment in detail on the places they offer. Also they make use of excellent partners in the jurisdictions we have been to (&Beyond in Sri Lanka and Hummingbird in Maldives).
