We travelled Japan, staying in Tokyo, Shimokitazawa, Kanazawa, Kaga Onsen, Hanamurasaki, Takamatsu, day trip to Naoshima Art Island and then back to Tokyo.

We toured Japan with the wonderful arrangements of Bushbaby Travel which went so smoothly it felt like a breeze. Every little aspect of the planning was perfect, from pre travel advice, mobile wifi set up, luggage forwarding, transportation, guides, Tea Ceremonies, tours, sumo wrestling. Everything was organised so professionally and perfectly, as is usual with Bushbaby Travel. We cannot recommend them enough, having used them many times in the past and hopefully in the future. In fact, they have already arrange our next adventure to Brazil.

The staff at Oblu Nature Helengeli were all very lovely and helpful from the start. Arriving to the atol by boat, even in a storm, was amazing. We were greeted with smiles and a drink, a staff member then showed us to our rooms, with bags arriving shortly after. The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was lovely. We were lucky enough to have a pool, beach area with sun loungers and an amazing view. The service at the bar, buffet, restaurant, spa and dive centre were all fantastic. The food was wonderful, there was always some waiting to help accommodate any of our dietary requirements. The food offered on Valentine’s Day was outstanding. The sunset cruise is a must. We had an early departure, but even then the staff made sure we got breakfast before we left and all bags were collected waiting.

Amazing trip visiting 5 different locations within Costa Rica. Wildlife just stunning. Fairly tiring, so important to take time between locations, and consider alternatives ways eg internal flights.

Gives right amount of information without feeling overwhelmed. Prompt feedback when requested.

We travelled to Egypt, stayed 2 days in Luxor visiting temples and valley of kings and then spent 4 days on the Red Sea coast.

This is the third time we have used Bushbaby and once again, they organised a fantastic holiday for us. All the hotels were lovely and we were brilliantly looked after by the local guides and drivers.

My husband and I went on our first visit to South Africa. We did a self drive tour from Cape Town to Plettenberg via Franschhoek , Swellendam and Fancourt. The scenery was breathtaking at every corner, the food is world class with genuine caring customer service all round. All arrangements put in place were brilliant and we were very cared for. Certainly an adventure of a lifetime and beautiful memories.

Bushbaby organised our South Africa holiday with care and expertise. All arrangements worked perfectly and we felt well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble in putting our travel plans together - listening to our interests and preferences were well balanced with local knowledge and expertise. We had brilliant input on things to see, do and restaurants during our stay and all accommodation was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this personalised professional service.

The plan we made for our Hacienda, Mashpi Lodage and Hermes Galapagos Islands tour was executed to perfection. Our entire group was amazed at the hikes, lodging, the Hermes, the guides the food and the overall experience. Others hearing about our trip are already thinking they may want to do it.

They really listened to my brief on budget, travel, expectations, wanting to see as much as we could whilst still having time to relax, etc. they really helped me if I was unsure about something. They reminded me to update passport info, helped when we couldn’t get our travel permits to work. They were just always there to support and you could see they GENUINELY wanted us to have the BEST time. For that, I will be a fan for life. Thank you Bushbaby.

Amakhala game reserve to Cape Town and everything in between. Such a magical experience. Woodbury Lodge and The Plettenberg Hotel were just wonderful. Experience at those two locations will live with me forever.

Bush Baby were incredible. They couldn’t do enough for us. So responsive and informative. They clearly don’t do one size fits all holidays. Our holiday was clearly made to measure and took account of all of our asks. Incredible and lovely people.
