Morocco - Marrakech, Atlas Mountains & Kaouki beach!

Fleewinter were very helpful in organising a family trip to Morocco with our 3 young daughters. We arranged our own flights with BA. They arranged all our accommodation and transfers. All accom was absolutely fine. Rebali Riads by the beach of Kaouki. The villas had pools (albeit freezing in October) but were perfect albeit an odd area. We had a great day with the chef shopping in the souks, who then taught us various dishes which we ate for our dinner. Fab & the children loved it! We quad biked to the waterfalls (2hrs), hired horses across the beach and camel rides to local fabulous restaurant La Mouette. We ate in every night bar one (Caravane in Essouira - fab a must). We spend 5 full days at Kaouki. In Marrakech we had 2 nights at Riad Hikaya - owner John very helpful. Riad arranged a guide to show us the main sights and souk etc which was perfect as knew nothing of area - engaged children well. Caleche (horse carriage) fabulous and took in different districts of Marrakech. We all enjoyed the perfectly warm 'indoor' pool at the Riad!! On 3rd day driver took us to Atlas Mountains and Bab Ourika Kasbah - huge room for the 5 of us will ample of space. Gorgeous setting, views and gardens but food and drink seriously overpriced. Again, a freezing outdoor pool!! Had a guide for the day to explore Berber markets and gardens etc.

Fleewinter were very helpful in arranging everything at relatively short notice. All went very smoothly. I should have asked about dinner/lunch prices at Kasbah as there was nowhere else to eat so prices were high. £30 each for BBQ lunch where we had a sausage and couscous. Cheapest wine also £30. Orange juice glass £5.

Brilliant 2 centre holiday in Morocco organised perfectly by Fleewinter

Daughter and I flew independently with EasyJet from Luton to Essaouira and hired car with Europcar for 11 days. Stayed in marvellous Rebaldi Riads owned and operated by Fleewinter. Fabulous site managed by Mohammed and Fatima with great staff. Truly lovely site and only 15 minutes from airport and 30 minutes from the pretty town of Essaouira. Fabulous site managed by Mohammed and Fatima with great staff. Truly lovely site and only 15 minutes from airport and 30 minutes from the pretty town of Essaouira. After a week we transferred by car to Kasbah Angour in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains outside Marrakech. 4 nights in wonderful setting with individual rooms around splendid gardens and pool with snow covered mountains as backdrop. Stunning! 40 minutes to mountains or Marrakesh. Flew home independently by Ryanair from Marrakech to Stansted. Highly recommend Fleewinter for a great holiday arranger and provider.

Usual predictable Fleewinter experience

We have utilised the services of Alisdair and his team previously and whilst still on a Fleewinter break are already booking two more. I sometimes (NOT) miss some of the experiences of previous vacations, but as one hits fifty (and a teenager and friend), Fleewinter is fantastic. Honest, reliable and I don't know if you can do it cheaper but you can't do it better. Use their services and enjoy a fantastic break. Next stop, back to Ribald ...
