Well led, good variety of houses and gardens visited, first class accommodation. Congenial company.

Our intention was to get to know this part of Ireland (cork and district) better by viewing interesting houses and gardens in company with like-minded companions and to learn about the history of Ireland. Our holiday/tour fully met our expectation.

Tom Duncan's has great skills and knowledge of the history, and culture of Ireland, and presents it In a very appealing way. You find yourself being informed in a very entertaining way.Hoticultural knowledge is provided by experts at each outstanding unique garden. This coupled with Tom's ability to open doors to places that are normally very private, and with his great people skills makes for a very enjoyable holiday.

Eire is enchanting under the guidance of Ciceroni Travel

From the arrival of the paperwork to the last goodbye at Heathrow, the tour was a winner. We stayed in excellent accommodation with wonderful food and drink, travelled through beautiful countryside in comfortable buses, saw elegant houses with delightful gardens not normally open to the public as well as iconic places, with experienced local guides. The pleasant company of the small group was all held together by Tom Duncan's erudite knowledge ...

Excellent base at Ballymaloe Hotel. We had an interesting and very varied programme, everywhere we went we were received with great friendliness and usually amazing scones, made on the day! Lots to see, am action packed few days.

Well planned and executed and based upon a superb hotel near Cork

A visit to houses and gardens of Southern Ireland. Stayed at Ballymaloe a superb country house hotel with outstanding staff. The tour was led by Tom Duncan who is always an excellent and knowledgeable guide but in Iteland , being his homeland , he seems to add an extra dimension. A great holiday with delightful people in the group
